I would like to politely but forcefully disagree here.

I am a long term user of SSRI/SNRI medications - i will respond directly to the OP in a moment - but i just want to note my experience is that cialis 1) significantly improves sensitivity; 2) it is libido enhancing in my case; 3) it obviously improves the quality and size of erections; and 4) it assists in achieving orgasm. This is my experience only. I use duloxetine at 60mg p/d - not sure of that has any bearing

I think masteron and anavar are both wonderful for people on SSRI/SNRI meds.

Bro, get some Metamucil (the orange drink mix), trust me on this. It's cheap insurance in the worst case scenario. Have one glass the morning of. Maybe the day before too.

These sides are primarily a "next day" issue, if they happen at all.

Until you get immunized to the GI effects you risk either 1) Liquid shitting your pants OR 2. Literally tearing your ass with constipation so hard that'll it'll make you think someone sprinkled concrete mix into your coffee.

that feeling of tearing your butthole apart trying to shit rocks out - i have been there. Like, half a log is stuck and you need to manually pull it out. The absolute worst. Not to mention - dangerous. I will take this advice. Shitting myself would be about a thousand times more pleasant than the opposite

Sounds like op is on the wrong type of medication to treat their particular disorder. Is it not possible to get a second medical opinion? Imo it sounds like effects that happen when trying to treat a dopamine uptake disorder with a serotonin uptake drug but I’m no expert. That clay “nothing matters” numb mindset is actually incredibly dangerous and can lead to suicidal deviation in some people. I would be very skeptical of you or your doctor choosing this state of mind as actually being considered effective treatment and would seek out other medication/second opinions/explore other doctors if this is where your state of mind remains while medicated.

Very curious what makes you so sure of that? I can’t think of one condition where Paxil is the only intervention? Edit: I just looked and there is no condition where Paxil is the only intervention. Do you mean from trying other drugs? What you describe is what I experienced when my ptsd was misdiagnosed and I was prescribed the wrong medication. I very seriously would not accept your current mind state of feeling no emotion as acceptable. That is what leads people on these drugs down the path of suicide. I would investigate this stuff beyond your doctor’s word. Good luck with this.

Edit: you should also know that there is no condition Paxil treats where Paxil is considered the “best” or “end all beats all” medication for treatment, and there is no one size fits all medication or diagnosis for drugs of its class. It is different for everyone and requires experimentation. If your doctor has led you to believe this is the only or best drug to use for whatever condition you have than they have done you a massive disservice.

To be honest After the no cum situation the worst problem Is that i need to sleep 13 hours with paxil, before only 10
