Eat well.

check testosterone levels
Hydrate
Make sure your life is in order: job housing location etc if not happy, get new ones
Stop watching porn
Make sure your f buddy GF wife is someone you actually enjoy being around. If not, get a new one.
Bodybuilding (the process) isnt exactly a competitive sport so, participate in a competitive sport such as bball football boxing etc to get your juices flowing

My 2 cents on this in a similar vein to @Ghoul's advice is that when I slack on my cardio, and my BP gets high, my Johnson doesn't work as well.

Nebivolol/Telmisartan seems to improve erection quality for me, and my pipe stays fuller in a flaccid state.

This sort of thing happened to me, same thing with primo and when I went low trt for a while, I upped my test a bit and then added a bit of mast and it helped quite a bit for me, I stopped the mast and kept the test the same and it seemed fine until I started hcg 3 weeks ago lol. I am just finishing my bottle of hcg tmrw and hoping everything is fine after. The mast instead of primo seemed to work magic for me.
