HCG dosage

What’s the most convenient way to dose HCG? I’ve heard everything from EOD to every 5 days. I’ve ran it before and 250IU E3D done the job but was very inconvenient to take since it had to be kept in the fridge and that I was only home during the weekends. Would once a week dosing suffice for a guy who’s quite busy?

while blasting or cruising always 500iu e4d. My LH and FSH is at 0.5 with this dosage, not a lot, but it keeps my testicles working.

The more frequent the better since it doesn't have a long halflife, also with smaller doses you may prevent estrogen from rising much. For me at least 3 X week. If you pin your aas 3 times per week, lets say MWF you can pin HCG the days in between. If you pin aas every day you could pin HCG 3 times a week or EOD.

From studies i have seen 250 EOD puts one slightly higher then what people are at baseline. The lower one would get from that that dose or timing will yield less results it would seem. So if you get home on a Friday and leave on Sunday or Monday you could still get 2-3 injections in if i was to do 3 then i would lower the dose some.

Old dr crisler way

250 friday
250 sunday

Then my trt pin of 200 mlg test on monday
Wed ai if needed

That study is nice information but the bummer about it is that it only goes for 3 weeks. 3 weeks is really not that much time. Exogenous testosterone suppression will start pretty immediately, but the difference between being on testosterone and HCG for a 1, 2, or 20 years versus 3 weeks is a big difference. Testicular suppression is not black and white or an on or off switch. Length of time matters a lot.

So the basis of the study would show where a person was after 3 weeks of HCG at study dosages. I don't except to find any good studies geared towards meatheads that are taking gear for muscle/recreational purposes pretty much ever in my life time. . So i go with the best data i can find. And apply it a i see fit. If you have better studies or even different i would like to see it so i can add more knowledge. I have been on HCG for most all the past 20+ years and am happy enough with where i am but why would anyone pay any attention to that. How i feel about where i am at may apply or not to you everything being the same. Hence the reason i like studies and put little relevance on anyone's personal experiences as they are very subjective to the individual.

No, I don't have any better info. Admittedly though, I could do a deeper dive and try to find some. On TRT I use 1250 units a week. Like so many things I'm sure it varies widely person to person what works. I've been pretty busy as of late, but maybe diving into this topic will be my next internet rabbit hole.

It's a common critique. "This study wasn't long enough" or "this isn't how we do it in the underground."

If you want anything better than that: you making babies yet?

If not: product and blood testing, and semen analysis.

In the meantime keep fucking.

You can't possibly be trying to make babies at this point, so this is really a mood or mental wellness thing?

hCG is for mainly for fertility and guys who just want big balls (weirdos imo). Hadn't considered the mental wellness aspect.

I got a vasectomy long ago.
HCG does far more then make babies happen LH affects many processes it in the body which HCG mimics.
If babies is all you are concerned about with HCG then continue on.
My goal is long term health in regards to my lifestyle. And LH plays a role in that.

While i understand what you wrote. In general averages tend to apply to most people. And the variance between people tends to not be that great for most. Some individuals do fall out side the averages but most don't. If they did there would be no reason to ever do studies or ask questions here as all answers would be meaningless. So i just get the best data i can and go from there. As that is my comfort zone others can follow their own.

Does it matter?

Variation like 105mg test C a week puts my total at 1600? Many guys need 200 - 250 mg to hit that total. No idea why it is that way for me. People do vary widely when it comes to hormones and response to exogenous inputs.

Yes the are variances. And there are expected ranges for the average. There is a range of doses and a ranges of results that can be expected from those doses. But the averages work for most.. On 100mg 1x week i am 1100 2 days post injection and about 450 7 days after injection. Pretty normal range for that amount from my reading. On 15mg/day i am about 800. And at 20mg/day i am over 1500. Have not seen any big studies to show what the average range fort micro dosing is so can't say what the average is. The typical range i have seen over my 25 years of Dr. prescribed TRT tends to be 70-150mg per week, on the average for "normal" ranges for the vast majority of people on true TRT. Seems like you are more in the 70mg/week range to be in the normal range. And if a person takes 200-250mg 1x week and 7 days later they are barely in the normal range that means they were way over the top for probably 5-6 days. so that would be an abnormal dose and abnormal result but that would be expected for real TRT. Expecting some sort of standard result from screwing with the body with large extraneous doses is not what can be predicted without large studies if at all. So i can't say what is the average for that sort of dose.
