Great advice my friendConsidering what substances you take and what you eat will play a big part.
You can do all the cardio and weight training in the world, but if you drink and include lots of processed foods in your diet, neither will do much.

I would add taking fish oil (omega 3 fatty acids) to the recommendations above.
Cardio vs weights?
You need to put your cv system under a certain amount of stress/effort for lipid metabolism and from my pov, cardio allows you to create a longer, more sustained one.
I suppose any kind of exercise will have a positive impact on fat mobilisation and they are complimentary but the cardio needs to be there (and in a consistent way that works for you).

Yea had some weird shit going on so I’m just 150 test for a while. My hearts in perfect condition ejection fraction 60, very mild athletes heart. Had to get some non cancerous lymph nodes removed so I just took a little step back and spent more time with my kids and less time on the forums.How are you @PaintDrinker ?

I’ll be making a come back soon once I have a 100% clean bill of health. The positive is this is the first time in 3 years I’ve had an HDL above 50.
