Bpc 157 & tb500

How do u mix it eg how much water

Can u use in same syringe

Can you recommend anywhere to get some pls
When you purchase your BPC and TB, I would stay clear of a blend mix of both. Separate vials gives you more control of your dose. I do 350mcg BPC am/pm and 2.5 mg TB twice per week. Dealing with shoulder and knee issues. I can say it has helped reduce pain/inflammation.

So if I have 5mg of bpc how much water I add ? Some ppl say 2ml some say 3ml and also if 2ml to 5mg how much I inject daily ?

Same for tb500

Sorry for all questions just want to get it right
What is your target dosage and syringe volume? Please research more. God help me I’m spoon feeding (educating [harm reducing] I hope).

See this calculator.

Yes, thanks for that. This person needs help. The time spent figuring it out may allow for more time to gain of an idea what they're getting in to.

Not gonna happen on day 1.

I would stay clear of a blend mix of both.

This is in the dosing protocols. BPC-157 twice daily vs TB500 MWF.
Should not be in the same vial.

Edit: (for anyone else reading this) I recommend looking in to refillable pens. They make high pinning frequency with multiple peptides very convenient. They're cheap and you can have one pen for each peptide.

I have a few questions. How many people sending their own samples to Janoshik? I know there are some 'trusted' suppliers but it's pretty scary ordering peptides from the internet that 99% of the time are made in China with subpar chemistry setups (look at the samples, a lot under 95% purity - injecting that is straight up risky).

BPC-157 looks pretty safe, are there any potential risks of something like TB-500?

Been doing some research and BPC and TB are angiogenesis promoting compounds. If you have cancerous cells and you start taking these supplements, it could lead to full on cancer.

What do people think about this? It seems like risk/reward isn't worth it.

Chatty G:

The concern about dormant cancer cells and the use of compounds like BPC-157 and TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a valid one. The concept of dormant cancer cells refers to cells that are in a state of hibernation and are not actively growing or spreading. These cells can potentially become active and lead to cancer recurrence or progression.

  1. Risk with Angiogenesis Promoters: Compounds that promote angiogenesis, like BPC-157 and TB-500, could theoretically stimulate the growth of dormant cancer cells. Angiogenesis is a critical process in tumor growth and metastasis, as new blood vessels supply the necessary nutrients and oxygen for tumor growth.
  2. Precautions and Screening: Before starting any new supplement or medication, especially those that can influence physiological processes like angiogenesis, it's crucial to undergo appropriate health screenings. A full blood panel is a good start, but it may not be sufficient to detect dormant cancer cells. More specific tests, such as imaging scans or molecular diagnostics, might be necessary, depending on your health history and risk factors. Discussing your health history and any potential risks with a healthcare professional is essential.
  3. Key Factors to Consider:
    • Personal and Family Medical History: If you have a history of cancer or a significant family history of cancer, you should be particularly cautious.
    • Existing Health Conditions: Certain health conditions might be exacerbated by compounds that affect blood vessel growth.
    • Consultation with Healthcare Professionals: It's vital to consult with a doctor, preferably one with expertise in oncology or the specific area of medicine related to these compounds, before starting any new treatment.
  4. Alternatives and Safety: If there's a significant concern about the potential activation of dormant cancer cells, consider exploring safer alternatives for your specific health goals. These alternatives can be discussed with your healthcare provider.
In summary, while BPC-157 and TB-500 show promising therapeutic benefits, they should be used with caution, particularly in individuals with a higher risk of cancer. Comprehensive health screenings and professional medical advice are crucial steps before starting these or similar compounds.

Good point and if at risk of cancer or have active cancer then better be aware. I am currently running BPC/TB for help in recovering from a tendon tear and so far my blood markers have been good as got tests done at the hospital recently before my surgery.

Might help, might not though. Continue to do PT and don't injure it further is most important. TB and BPC have helped me with shoulder issues. I run TB @5mg per week and BPC @ 1mg per day in 2 separate injections along with HGH at 2-3iu nightly. No miracle recovery but it helps a lot. I plan to do this for 8-10 weeks twice a year indefinitely as my lifestyle beats up on my joints pretty badly. My shoulder doesn't feel brand new but is much smoother functioning and the popping and cracking is much better. No pain either.

Only thing of note with BPC is I started at 700mg/day at first and it messed with my intestines. Dropped to 500mg/day and worked up to 1mg. I do this each time now over first 4 weeks and no issue.
Is it worth just using TB500 only or is it necessary to run BPC with TB to get results. Dealing with crepetist in shoulder and elbow tendonitis

I ran BPC solo for some really bad elbow tendonitis. Took around 6 weeks to heal it.

It came back but not nearly as bad a couple months ago. I started hitting it hard with reverse curls to build forearm strength and it cleared up quickly and hasn’t came back again.

As for the shoulder, there is a lot of anecdotal evidence around here worth reading. I can’t remember anything specific though.

Both are worth taking. I use them simultaneously hoping for synergy but I'm not sure synergy is proven. I have read more reports of people getting tendon benefits from TB 500.

Thank you I order some of both gonna give them a try. I guessing from what I read 5mg eod tb500 and .5mg daily bpc?

Most people do at least 5mg TB weekly 2 pins a week and 500mcg BPC daily in 2 250mcg pins 2 x a day. I do 5mg TB a week and 1000mcg BPC a day 2 pins. Read of some people doing 10mg TB a week but I'm not sure if 17.5mg TB a week like you propose is useful or necessary.

Thank you for the clarity. When it gets closer to time to start I will refresh my thoughts with some more reading. What's your thoughts on injection protcal. I was thi king just subq in the leg or belly but I have read something about doing it close to the trouble spots?

I've read strong opinions about both. I just do sub q. I'm not well versed on the spot injection technique. Might be something to it. I use them for general healing of wear and tear though. Never had to use them for a specific injury (fingers crossed).

So bpc157 is something that has a shirt halflife per se and the reason for the 2x daily injection is for constant steady value??

That's my understanding for two times a day injection.

I've also done just once a day and honestly it's hard to tell if two times a day is worth the trouble but I figure if I'm going to do it I might as well try and maximize the benefits.

I'm kinda up in the air about it at the moment myself. I'm probly just gonna go 1x at night maybe. At the moment I do my gh in the am so maybe just do it then. Im pondering. Hey I appreciate your feedback. I see you posting positive advice so I respect your opinion. Thanks for being a good member of the community. Same goes for @MindlessWork and @AlexDavis43 as well.
