Injectable Vitamin D3 in EU

Im interested in trying IM injection of vitamin D3. Does anyone know where I can get this online delivered within Europe?

So far I have only found it listed online here and they will not sell without prescription.

Why the injectable? Just take D3 capsules. Did you get a blood test on your level?

levels tested low even after supplementing a lot with the capsules. Thinking I am getting poor absorbtion. Would like to give injectable a try out of curiousity

Are your D3 capsules in oil? Because i've had regular tablets and then switched to oil based (softgels) and it changed everything for me.

a study showed absorption increased 32% when taking it with oil.

Wow that's extremely high, i wonder why it doesn't give results. I am taking 5000 IU in the morning. Previously did 5000 IU morning and 5000 IU night.

Not 25000 a day, right?? Is that D-Cure a real prescription drug or gray market. Almost nothing online about it.

Definitely get those levels up. To like actually being outdoors a lot in the sun levels. It's really important to have adequate Vitamin D (actually a hormone, not a vitamin.) One thing it does is reduce inflammation in the body, which is involved in many disease conditions.

I got some 200,000 iu per ml injectable from France today. It cost less than 3 euro in the pharmacy and they didn't need a prescription

Got my blood results back after a single D3 injection of 200,000 IU on Jan 24, on March 2 I measured 58 ng/mL, so it took me from below reference range to right in the middle. I did not supplement orally in this time.

For 3 euro, I will do this monthly at least in the winter months.

For laughs, I will take a shot 1 or 2 days before my next blood draw to see what the peak is, would be interesting.

Hi, could you please point to reliable injectable d3+calcium? I have IBD and cannot digest capsules well. Over a year deficient in d3 now. Thanks for help

I used the oral spray, and it works very well for absorption.

Also, consider the quality of the capsules.
Maybe it is down to your stomach not absorbing, but sometimes it is to do with what you are taking, too.
