NPP or tren a ?

So you still IN cycle #1 and conteplaining to use tren in cycle #2?
It’s more of a what would be better with sides and overall gain. I’m not going to blast mass amounts. If I were to do it it would be no more than 200 ew. I would rather use npp but back to my question I was wondering how 200 tren would compare to 400npp. If tren is really that bad even at 200mg then I will most likely never end up doing it in my life time. I would rather keep my mental state clean.

NPP and tren both possess the ability to fuck your mind and body up for long periods of time.

They both fuck with me. They both fuck with lots of people.

At 24 I’d stick to test only if it were me. Learn to maximize everything else involved with gaining before maximizing the ML’s

But if you’re worried about sides just stick with test man. Unless you’re gonna step on stage at the Olympia there’s probably nothing you couldn’t accomplish with test.

Find out for yourself by researching places like here and through trial and error.

You’re on cycle #1. If that cycle turns out to be bad ass just do it again. Maybe up the test a bit.

IMO the key to longevity in this sport is making the most out of the least. The longer you use and the more you use, the chances of suffering consequences greatly improves.

Monitor how you feel. Monitor blood work. Monitor blood pressure. Monitor food. Monitor progress. Go from there. Small jumps. If you’re not happy with progress more drugs/drug change/add is NOT your first move.


You ask a ton of questions and they all revolve around more drugs. Is your goal to see how much you can take? Or is your goal to grow big and strong while maintaining health?

I have a friend that runs 100mg test and 100mg NPP total per week, year round, and he’s a fucking monster. He stands 6ft and 98kg, abs are visible his T-shirts. Benched 168KG for reps. He trains so hard that I believe he will die in the gym. He’s inspirational.

What I’m saying is, we rely on high dosages too much.

Size doesn't matter for strength. In my early twenties naturally, I benched 3 45lbs plates on each side and a 25lb plate on each side for 6 reps, at 130lbs and 5' 5 1/2". And the only physical thing I did prior was play drums for 10 years. I probably could have done 4 plates by the end of that same year but I got bored. I've always had really bad adhd.

However, you are absolutely correct saying ppl use too much.

The interesting thing you mentioned and which made me comment is the 100 test/100npp your friend uses/used.
In my 50's, that's about what it takes just to get out of bed after having horrible sleep the night before.

Only cbum could do that. Unless I get 20+ years of training. I was gifted shit genetics to start. My muscles are originally very small but slowly iv been growing them
A lot of us were skinny and small. It’s what led us here. Some of the best genetics in the sport are from skinny guys at a young age. Nice V tapers, skeletal dimensions. Etc.
 
200mg Tren is much stronger than 400 npp. Both are in my experience of running gear for 14 years the best anabolics for adding quality strength/size. Tren will raise your BP and heart rate more than NPP.

I'd dip your toes with NPP first, then next cycle try the tren. You've gotta find what doesn't fuck up your blood work and side effects for yourself, everyone is so different.
 
i keep seeing this sentiment from experienced users. tren only for competing if you're the biggest guy whos maxed out. Can you elaborate on that??

im new to aas only done 3 cycles the last one i did with tren there was no comparison. So it is better in my experience, probably 3-4x better atleast. I got nasty stretchmarks under my armpits on my shoulders and on my lats from the amount of mass i put on from tren, and my diet was shit. I was probably getting less than 150mg protein a day.

So i dont know if people say this in favor of harm reduction cuz in the long run its not worth it or you can achieve the same thing over time with just test but for building size as quickly as possible no its the best for sure right?
Tren is overrated, especially in an off-season capacity.

IMO tren doesn't really have a place outside of a contest scenario.

If long term progress is a goal of yours, I'd typically avoid tren as much as possible. Other options will get you to the same place with less problems and toxicity

If your training and diet is proper, a moderate dose of an alternative, less deleterious compound like npp, EQ, dhb, ectectect will yield basically identical results to a moderate dose of tren.

500-800mg of deca or EQ is a casual dose for most people.
150-300 is a moderate dose for tren for most people.

The deca/npp/EQ will almost certainly yield better results with less overall toxicity and side effects.

That is why many of us conservative users say it's not generally worth it for non competitors.
You don't need the specific temporary cosmetic effects of tren.
And you'll never be in such an extreme cut, such as a contest prep, as to need something as potent as tren to stave off catabolism.

So tren is fun and all, but there really is no point for a non competitor just looking to get big.
 
Using 800mg of npp rn now, will be out of the country for 8 days. I have Deca on hand, I’m thinking to pin a nandrolone dose in Deca for the time I’m gone the return back to npp when I’m home?

To me that sounds alright. But depends when are you leaving the country? I think you should pin like a week before you go because dosent deca take ages to kick in ?

From my understanding - it takes a while for devs to accumulate to your desired mg because of its slow release. But if npp has already established your weekly dose, I think the devs should be able to maintain it, nandrolone is nandrolone?
