Any supplementation advice?

Diet is pretty much just lots of chicken, rice/pasta, veggies, lots of water & Gatorade 0, lots of extra virgin olive oil, 1 cup cashews, 1 breakfast sandwich with a sugar snack twice a week - like Nutty Buddies, or whatever the fuck they are.
3800 calories daily/ 155lbs / 400 test cyp - three times a week / 3 ius gh daily.

Just came off 400 NPP a week for two months. Only side was back acne.
Just started 400 test cyp. I used to use Sustanon and didn't have these issues.

Very clean hygiene.

I am running npp 300mg a week on top of 600mg test C and I noticed my face and shoulders got oily and some acne. Been using Aveeno to help keep skin clean.

Exactly.
I was doing blood work religiously every 4 months for two years - most of that time just doing 250 Sustanon and a few ius of gh, cause I'm an old fuck. But yes. I need to get those done immediately. Thanks for the reminder.

Serious question, is the dawn dish soap a serious suggestion?

Asking because I’ve had bacne since I was 14. Nothing cyctic just redness. Never gets to much worse on or off cycle. So any advice or help I’d appreciate.

My labs always look decent, but is there any specific markers that are relevant? Just inflammation markers? HSCRP & ESR anything else?
 
I use dial antibacterial bar soap on my entire body. Also washing my face after every meal (every 2hrs) definitely helps. I don't take acne medicine

Yes 100% serious.
If you do it too often it dries your skin out bad, but every few days does wonders to keep skin less oily.

It's not going to work for all types of acne.

Yep.
At least for the past 3 weeks and hopefully for the foreseeable future.
I just can't gain weight!
And, I totally increased the intensity of my workouts. We'll see what happens.

Yeah a month ago I just became disgusted with having stayed around the same weight for a year while not growing. I realized during that time my lifting sessions had become totally pussy-like; I was just going through the motions probably because I've been so busy with work. That all changed three weeks ago. I'm hitting the weights hard and upped the calories. I'm also just going to do doc prescribed test moving forward - with a few ius of GH. Fuck ordering shit online.

Here's my diet
3lbs chicken
3 cups pasta

2 TBLS cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (usually 4)
1 cup Cashews
1 Banana
1 cup rice

around 3780cals
 
Yeah a month ago I just became disgusted with having stayed around the same weight for a year while not growing. I realized during that time my lifting sessions had become totally pussy-like; I was just going through the motions probably because I've been so busy with work. That all changed three weeks ago. I'm hitting the weights hard and upped the calories. I'm also just going to do doc prescribed test moving forward - with a few ius of GH. Fuck ordering shit online.

If you weight stay the same, eat more, simple as that, we are not all created the same .

As of today - after three weeks - I gained 3 extra pounds from upping my cals from my normal 3K to 3800; A pound a week I guess. We'll see how the next three weeks go. I have a cooking protocol down now and I'm willing to eat more, if that's what it takes.

It's just sort of annoying spending so much time in the kitchen, eating and doing dishes.

Jesus, cutting would be breeze for you. Maybe it's time to dirty up that diet a bit, squeeze in high days and cheat meals. A couple of peanut butter sandwiches and bam 1k calories extra.

I tried that for two days... which is why I bumped up from 3K to 3800. I ate total trash; pop tarts, ice cream, chips and I felt AWFUL! I eat so clean now that I can't really eat anything that used to be fun without feeling like crap.
