If I know my baseline from before peptides is this still necessary? I’m not gonna screw up my pituitary or anything by not taking a break am I?
 
My GHRH is CJC-1295 w/DAC and I also use the version without DAC, better known as mod-GRF. I use these interchangeably, although the DAC version can be pinned 2x per week while the no DAC version needs to be pinned with my GRHP.

My GRHP rotates between GHRP-6, GHRP-2, and Ipamorelin. I'm still deciding which I like best and why. I definitely feel a cortisol and slight appetite increase on GRHP-6. Verdict still out on the others. I've mostly used GHRP-6 up until this point.

The dose of each is always the same -- 250mcg of GHRP and 200mcg of GHRH

6am I pin GHRP/GHRH
6:45am I pin 2iu rhGH (and 20iu lantus on training days)
7am I eat meal #1
Post workout around 12pm I immediately pin GHRH/GHRP again (still fasted from post workout). I wait 30 uncomfortable minutes and pin 2iu rhGH and eat post workout meal (meal #3 at this point)
I pin 2iu of rhGH again with meal #5 around 5pm.
Meal #6 is around 7:30pm and its the last meal of the day. I do about 25 mins of light cardio around 8:30-9pm and by 9:30pm I pin GHRP/GHRH one more time before bed.

So it's a total of GHRH/GHRP used at 250mcg/200mcg 3x per day, in a "fasted state" and I wait at least 30 mins to eat afterwards. rhGH always follows with the meal, 6iu total per day.

I do this 5 days a week. On non-training days I do cardio late morning-ish and pin the GHRH/GHRP before cardio instead of after. I still pin the rhGH after I'm done cardio with my post cardio meal.

I started this protocol towards the end of a recent bulk phase. I started the phase at 180lbs fairly lean (see avatar) and pushed up to about 195 before I started to stall. I kept this bulk very clean up until I started to stall, but my body composition was still really tight. I added the peptides and the GHRP-6 really helped with appetite. It helped me push down way more calories....that was about 5 weeks ago now and I'm a bit over 205...definitely had to get a little dirty and my cals went up over 4500 sometimes 5000+

I also pulled my gear load down from about 700 total mgs to 200mgs over the last 5 weeks while adding the peptide/gh stack just to see if I could still keep pushing with the peptides without getting fat.

truthfully speaking I'm starting to feel a little soft...but by soft I'm probably at 12% bf rn. so far I'm really liking the peptides. Main benefits are appetite and recovery. I'm not sure if I'm keeping as lean as I am due to the peptides or the GH or both, but right now I'm in a nice little groove that I'm going to run with until it breaks.

In that case no, but you should not administer GH secretagogues in combination with rhGH because GH negatively feeds back on its own secretion by partial interference. So you just waste the Ghrelin mimetic and/or Growth-hormone releasing hormone analogue.
