I use insulin pretty regularly and I train for strength.Any particular Bench program you follow mate?
Have any powerlifters on here ever got any good strength benefits from HGH, IGF-1 or Slin at all? I assume they all must work to some degree as all 3 help to build muscle. A study I read recently compared the 3 for anabolic effects and it turned out Insulin was the best for building new muscle by far.
Nice one buddy - thanks for that reply. When do you find its most effective to take for powerlifting purposes? What dose do you run and how do you plan your nutrition around it? Here is some free advice
2IU / taken pre workout
Add 1IU a week until you arrive at a dosage where you start to feel hypo. Stop increasing dose, go down 1IU from there
Now you have a ramp up from the bottom (2iu) to the top (10IU for me)
Run that wave as you increase volume in training. that can run about 5 weeks. Mysterious I know![]()

I am actually one of the few guys that has been supporting you here on all of your posts and trying to rack your brains on things that may help my bench, rather than others that have accused you of shilling and all sorts of things.

It might work better for strength first thing in the morning, pre workout, after training - there are many times you can use it.
Plus I didn't ask whether you use Fast acting or Slow acting as I have some slow acting in my fridge - you obv quoted using fast acting there. I know guys who inject Lantus before bed even but they use for BBing purposes.
My last meet i did 10mg the last week then 30mg on meet day with good success. I was also on 50mg anadrol prior to thatDo you guys start using halo the week prior to meet or only on meet day?
I'm running 50mg anavar daily and 350mg test e per week and I'm 2 weeks out from my competition what do you guys suggest?
