Food that you eat every single day

My new favorite meal is my wake up meal.

70g Honey bunches of oats with vanilla premier protein for the milk. It’s so amazing. I could live off this

Been eating 2 turkey and rice bowls a day for over a year. Still pretty decent, no plans on changing.

Chicken breast with rice preferably steamed and veggies, but not always. Protein powder with oats and milk mixed. Those two are my staples. Not far behind is canned tuna in water and greek yogurt. Usually I try to keep as bland diet as possible when trying to cut calories and eat below 3000, I also prioritize protein. When I'm maintaining I'm a bit more creative, but still keeping it simple is my key.

Eggs. Whole. Either 4-5 scrambled with a little cheese and put into 2 low carb wraps with a sheetload of hot sauce.

Eggs are the perfect food. Everything needed to produce/create life can be found inside that shell.

Yogurt, blueberries, nuts, bananas, tomato's, red peppers, greens, fermented veggie, The protein and carb sources change depending on what i am cooking.

l buy whole porterhouse or scotch straight off the bodies from a wholesale butcher, cut them into the size steaks l like and eat multiple steaks a day. They are so tender they just melt in your mouth. Been doing this for more than 8 years.

Looking for some inspiration. Doesn't matter if it is snacks or real food. No rice and chicken please. :)
2cup Special K protein cereal with 1 1/2 cup fairlife milk fat free and 2 tbsp herseys syrup drizzled over….

Smoothie, Chobani vanilla yogurt, 2 scoops protein muscle milk vanilla, triple berry blend frozen fruit, coconut pinnapple water, 1 cup quick oats. This combo makes a smoothie that is like a dessert.
