Anxiety

Going to make an apointment for the doctor, my day was and has been SOOOO much easier after taking the low dose balcofen, but i threw that out because i want to do this properly and not feel like i am relapsing. But if i can make my days like this it would be amazing.

But maybe also days are not suppose to be like this when your in a place where you are not feeling accomplished. Yet being able to be grateful for being functioning and alive would be a better way to look at things.

Because my thinking brings me to places that end in shit, and death and destruction. So making an appointment with someone with more knowledge.

And i know there is mental illness in my family, just been taught my life to press it deep down and not get help.

Because i cant handle being around a group of people without crazy anxiety and paranoia and issues, but getting better being 1 on 1 with people

Do u still smoke weed? I belive it can help alot. But also has alot of negatives that go with it. Like little motivation to do other things. And it can also make anxiety worse if I do too much. Can also be expensive sometimes as well. I'm currently trying to stop smoking weed.
I'm currently on an extended break. I was smoking all day every day for a while (I WFH so it was easy to fall into that) but I do plan on going back to it soon, just with a healthier approach than before.

Stopping sucks, and is way more difficult than you'd think considering how much has been said over the years about it not being addictive (which it very much is). Motivation and cost were a big factor in me stopping. Currently been off for almost a month and feeling great for it. Apprehensive about reintroducing it but it's something I'm going to try, but if I can't do it in a healthy and managed way then unfortunately my time smoking will have to come to an end. Smoking all day every day holds me back too much. I love it, but I need to prioritise becoming who I can be as a person and reaching my full potential. I'd recommend the Reddit sub r/leaves if you're looking to stop/take a break. Can also DM me if you'd like to speak about it or get some advice etc. Good luck

Geez i used to smoke too, 5 years ago, but idk what occured i started to become a paranoid mess, so stopped, and your right, it kind of is limiting in a sense.

Taking a break is good for all things, you may find it healthy and stay stopped in the end.

As long you take benzo when you need it not all rhe time. You should be fine. I dont know anywhere the test for them

No judgement here. But next time you plan a cycle remember that. To me personally, the most important thing on a blast is to feel good, building muscle comes next. I would never sacrifice well being to get bigger.

Seems like gaining size helps with these feeling as it is a positive movments towards one of the many goals that are had. And goal achieving seems a huge help for motivation and stress.

You are correct, though seems to be a bell curve to this aspect of things.
