Low-dose clen cycles

Some say that clen needs to be done in two week intervals with a break, but I've heard others say they just run it until they don't need it anymore.
You do not need to cycle it.

You shouldn't be feeling sides at 60mcg. That's a good dose and plenty sufficient to reap the fat burning effects

I got sides at 20mcg, with tremors and all that, but that's all subsided.

Now I do notice I fatigue faster, although my lung compacity is like I'm on crack cocaine lol.

Do you track you average RHR and waking body temp? 40mcg of clen I dont have sides but my RHR is elevated above baseline compared to not using clen.

No I don't. But I can tell that my lungs have more air capacity and I am certainly hotter at times.
 
I'm still at 60mg, I wonder if there really is any point to go up to 80mcg.

If you don't really feel the sides then why not, up to 100mcg a day should be fine.
Man, let me tell you, the worst part when upping the dose for me was the crazy sweating! I mean, I had to change my clothes multiple times a day on some days. It was like a non-stop sauna session!

I've been having no sides, and it's got me worried that maybe it's losing its effectiveness and need to take a break from it, but others have said that's a myth. I certainly getting leaner though.

I've never gone about 40mcg before; so this is my first time at 60mcg. Next week I could go with 80mcg. Then I could go to 100mcg the following. But I know clen isn't good for your heart, so idk how much longer I should be on it. It's been several weeks.

From what I remember reading on Victor Black's site beta2-ar downregulation happens in muscle tissue but not in brown fat. Meaning you lose the anabolic effects of clen but the fat burning effects might even increase. Clen might be one of the few drugs that gets safer with long term use. It's used in humans long term...up to 40mcg per day IIRC?

Personally I take 80-100mcg a day. 20mcg every few hours. Even though the half life might be 36 hours I seem to do much better taking small dosages throughout the day.
 
I'm still at 60mcg today, and I did cardio for the first time during my cut; 30 mins was a joke lol; It makes it so easy.

I don't think I'm going to higher, as I'm seeing results weekly; I rather be on it longer if there is no downregulation and no threat to my heart heath at this dose.
 
I'm on day 8 of 20mcg of clen ED; seems to be doing the job. Does anyone else just take a straight dose, rather than titrating up? I may go up to 40mcg and stick with that next week.

I've read people go up to 120 by titrating up, but I've never gone passed 40 or 60. I've also read that clen doesn't downregulate, its just the sides go away so people don't think it's working anymore, but it is, so these short blasts aren't necessary.
Where do you get your clen?
 
Jesus, I just knocked out 30mins on the stepper like a joke; and this is after doing legs yesterday.

It was hard for the first five mins, then suddenly I was easy.

Clen is great lol.
 
How long can I stay on 60mcg? I got 200 tabs left, and that will last me about two more months if I don't stop from now on.

Part of me wants to get off, but it helps with cardio so much, and I feel like I need to do cardio since I live a sedentary lifestyle.
 
I used to be a fan of clen before I use salbutamol which is very similar drug and should be available just like clen. Major difference is the shorter half life so it makes it easier to test higher dosage without risking of overdosing. It also has less side effects in my experience and results are pretty much identical, keep in mind I was never comp shredded, but more like legit 8% couple of times using it. So clen might have some slight advantages for people interested in getting crazy shredded. It is also available and prescribed for asthma (at least in my country) unlike clenbuterol which is banned and definitely not prescribed in any way. If I had to choose now, sal wins, if back then I'd say clen, it is the case of unless you try it for yourself.

I can't comment on clen long term, I usually used it for short term, since back then it was bro science method of cycling it like 3 on/3 off or something similar. The main thing however is like with most drugs is it depends on you as individual, how tolerant you're to stimulants or how you can handle strong stims. Just remember that dose up to the point might be better, but diminishing returns come fast. I'd advise to not cross 100mcg, not much benefit for more side effects.

Beware of higher dosage muscle cramps, I used to cramp up badly during the night or in the gym doing abs. I had to do some awkward poses because of cramps that were unbearable. The solution is to take 4-6 grams of taurine and balance your electrolytes while also being hydrated. Taurine is somewhat cardio protective too, since heart contains lots of taurine and clen depletes it, if I remember correctly.
 
I knocked out another 30 mins on the stepper at level 5; my HR was 150, which isn't too crazy?

Perhaps the damage from clen comes from its abuse, pushing higher HRs?
