Thought I would throw this out there. Chicken thighs are a fairly low cost protein source. They can be bought faily cheap when purchasing bone in. In the attached video I will show you the quick method of deboning them.

Deboning Chicken Thighs

Thank you for this! I love boneless chicken thighs for cooking but when bought in large numbers, bone in is notably cheaper. And now I can make homemade stock to cook rice in!

don't mean to be an ass, but that is the usual way people do it.... it is quite slow but requires no skill
Ive seen professionals do it and it is indeed 4 times as fast but cannot replicate their method.... it takes skill and experience to not cut your fingers off in the process
