Winstrol and hyaluronic acid injection

So I have a little hyaluronic acid in my jaw. The doctor said that i should be careful not to expose my skin to too much sun, beacuse that can make the hyaluronic acid disappear faster. Would winstrol have a similar effect becasue of its drying properties?
I know most of you probably don't know either, but maybe someone had a similar experince.
