Forever Lurking, Might as well make an account and ask questions...

Yo, I've actually been a long time lurker, I remember scrolling through here (and other fourms) when I was younger and just had general questions, didn't even realize it was "wrong" by certain peoples standards ha ha. I figured I'd make an account on some of these forums just in case I have some questions. I'm very long winded and will probably put everything down after this intro, if you care to help I would appreciate it. Also will give my "backstory".

Firstly, Me: Formerly 450+ pounds I hit 225 oh last May? Funnily enough I hit 205 before my body said yeah were done and I was binging and binging and eating food from places that no homeless person would eat THEN hit 225. I have "recently" been looking at PEDs and Peptides specifically out of curiosity and possible future use. I've decided to try Semaglutide, firstly I am attempting to hit a goal weight of 185-205 by next year as I am getting loose skin surgery. Second, I may convince my obese parents to try it as well if it "yields results" I.E just makes them not hungry. I can cut without it, I just, don't want to anymore... I "should" be nearing 12% bodyfat post-surgery at ~175 (5'8.5 feet tall), and the reason I'm cutting now is to make sure I can maintain it when I get it. Which at this weight seems easy enough, just cutting fucking sucks...

My first and most important question, which I also did ask on other places. Is this: I understand you guys deal more on the AAS side of PEDs, However, my main goal would be to minimize scaring of the skin due to the surgery. Do you guys have an inside on this? I've been currently recommended (in order of M > L important) hgh (or 2 secretagogue if not possible to obtain, which being here now MAY be unlikely), ghk-cu, tb-500, bpc-157. Would there be anything else assisting in healing and recovery?? Also, my main and biggest concern for these things (and why I may never touch AAS despite being interested) is the suppression hgh gives you, is there an account of how long it is suppressed? My biggest fear is something never returning to baseline, I am <25 (I know I know), and dealing with shit for 50+ years is a bitch... I read somewhere it "comes back" after 24-72 hours, and EOD administrations at 2x the ED dose is better than 1x ED (this is all for hgh).

Secondly, following this surgery, I planned on getting my "natty gains" back as I'll be down for 9months (multiple surgeries) and then considering coming over to the dark side. Is it really worth it? I mean, clearly it must be for most of you guys. The biggest hassle of it all seems to be actually buying and researching "securely" which seems kind of 1 time setup sided. Following the "on for life" scare I have. I just, really don't want to worry about my source ever leaving one day and I have to get another, doing the search, buy, check, etc, process all over again, I'm very neurotic and have to make sure shit is 110% legit, but I've seen you guys talk about Raw and Homebrew, I'd most likely buy YEARS worth and store it myself (if that's truly possible), something like 125 weekly for 50+ years, but that costs a chunk of change ha ha. I have a lot more questions on this topic, but I'm trying to keep it "short".

Lastly, I'm quite interested in how you guys keep yourselves secure? When I first would browse here and there, I was admittedly not really secure (think google with no VPN using my gmail), but I do take privacy precautions in general, like I said I figured this was just another forum, I still don't see the problem in it but whatever. I'm interested in IT but new to everything, just doing programming right now but not really into it. Anyways, how do you guys keep yourself generally safe? I'm talking like, DuckDuckGo, VPN, Proton, change privacy settings, use crypto as needed, is that enough for a joe-shmo buyer/lurker? I know some of you use VMware or different devices entirely, but I figure that's only for actual purchases? Also, I'm interested in Crypto for 1. It's use of exchange, and 2. I actually think it's interesting. Any of you guys have an overview on that? I know enough to actually have a legit wallet and such, but yeah. (Also, how does reporting it to taxes actually work?)

There are a few of you I'd like to personally DM and just talk to just to chat, but you guys seem very entrenched and may never bother you, I understand you guys may have been here for years, and I am just someone who popped in today.

Yeah I read the book cant wait for the movie.

First stay off all "cheats" till you get your weight controlled. Not where you want it but stable. Eg. 225 for 6 months. During this time you will have learnt how your body works. Nutrician and exercise.

Second be an example of natty lean for your parents. Not chemical lean.

Third I read little about cardio. Get that body moving. Faster harder longer.

Forth you are then ready for chemicals.
My daughter sells all these ug weightloss supps through Facebook. Earns more than me because the same people keep buying over and again. Dont rely on chemicals do the work and use them to hit new goals.

Fifth id love to chat but I'm the wrong guy. I have to over eat to hold my weight. I'm better help for those who cant gain. But there are people here who know their shit.

Sixth. Go to general or nutrician post one question. What ever seems mist relivent to now. When it us answered fully post a second.

Good luck brother.

So after the all out crazy binge feast from 18 months of dieting. I have actually maintained for, wow looking at the date, almost 11 months. I've fine tuned my diet and training. I know that as long as I'm hitting 60g of fat (chronic under eater of fats, I hate fats, to much calories) and 150g of protein at 2500cals I can maintain the weight (with no cardio) and generate enough protein to grow muscle granted if I want to bulk and eat 2750. Then still training well enough to grow, if I feel like bulking that is again. But I do agree with everything there. I literally had to learn how to do this, nobody knows anything in my family about it. Or else I was gonna die 400 pounds.

I also learned that my body can only handle 90 minutes of cardio a day before diminishing returns! I.E my calories actually DROP from 90+. So I just do some LISS/MISS in the am and weights 4x a week, anything more I have found just unnecessary.

The only and last barrier, like you said is the chemical route. I can cut again, if I please, but for a while the sheer thought of cutting would send me crazy anxious, and I never ever get anxious. I figure, since I can do it anyways, why not make it easier? I have already lost 250ish pounds, and nobody would even know I used Semaglutide? The only one I cheat is myself. And after the effects of chronic deficit that I still deal with today. It sucks thinking I have to do it again, even if i'm being enhanced. (basically just all things low T and poor sleep, but theres a lot more actually)

My plan was actually to use Sema to undereat volume wise and "shrink" my stomach. Now now I know this sounds stupid, but I remember falling for the fasting idea way back at 300+, and when I went to the buffet one day for my family I could only eat 2 plates. Come 205, I put down 18 plates and almost passed out. Interested in using it to reduce overall food volume as well. Now I don't really expect this to work, but hey. I also bought enough and plan on stopping before I run out, to prevent the rebound like last time, by the time I eat to maintain, my hunger signalling should be smoothed out, and I can tell if I can truly maintain that weight. I have to remember I have about 20 pounds of loose skin, so 195 pounds for me is actually more like 180, which would put a formerly 65%+ BF person at 12%, my body may not like that you know?

I agree, why just keep yo-yoing and buying the same 150+ dollar stash just to not learn anything? But the problem I face now is that I've learned "everything", so much so I had to resort to PEDs to keep my knowledge on exercise going, just not into the "how to make money" section of life yet I guess.. Honestly, learning about how some people cut weight, it made me a little angry I had to do it naturally. I'm not going to lie, but hey at least I learned what works for me l guess.

I hope all this makes sense, I should also add that whenever I type I merely say stuff as a question or to give more insight to my thoughts, I never mean to demean if I sound like so.

I'm not sure what you need help with. You seem like you are in a position to help others on a weightloss journey. Sema as you say and phentermine have their place. But it isn't an answer.

After the skin reduction you will feel and look differently. Personally I beleave you will think differently about the man on the mirror too.

Take a little time for self gratitude. Praise yourself for where you are. Then it is time for the student to be the teacher.

You are so wrong in why you came here. It isn't to find supps or answers. It is to help others. To scan through intros looking for another you to take under your wing and help.

You are an inspiration even to me.

Now don't let us down and fuck it up.

30 minutes to 40 cardio is perfect. To get better results do it twice a day not once and longer. It is like sex. Twice a day for 30 minutes is better than once a day for an hour.
Fair well.

I see where you are coming from. To be straight out honest I feel worse now than I ever did at 450 ha ha. I literally can't let myself not care about food and my body anymore, I think it's the skin tbh, sure it's cool and all, and when I eventually drop the weight and get surgery it'll be nice, but even at 450 I didn't care about this. Obviously I hated being fat and I've always been quite and dismissive, but enough about my life, that'd be for a different post, I can type all day about this and that...

My Original question of the three (aside from saying I was going to use Semaglutide) was that for the surgery, I heard the Peptides that could best suit me for Scar reduction/Healing would be hgh, ghk-cu, tb-500, and bpc-157, would that be in most to least important about right? I hope you can understand why I would want pharma involved here, THIS one is truly permanent. I understand this is more AAS forum, but I know peptides are dabbled with here as well.

With that being said, alongside AAS, my biggest issue with HgH would be the suppression of natural production, is that of any real concern? (for both hgh and aas, but hgh is the one now, aas I won't use even if I decide to do so for 2 more years.)

ALSO, I agree, cardio feels good at like 120-140 bpm, I like up to 45 but then I'm bitched out. I'm just running a 1 week experiment and can't do any with it as I haven't been to the week leading up to it as well, you know those Low Carb Tortillas? I'm gonna eat a lot and see if they are lying about those damn fiber calories! If I gain 1/2 a pound I'll report back, if not it didn't happen and they are gtg.

No such thing as pharma peptides. That being said I've not heard of any rep here selling bad peptides. Hgh can be hit and miss.

Get yourself out of intro and meet some experts in peptides and hgh. Just use the looking glass for any subject.

I have Many friends here I trust. T&H will be in the thick of what you read. I would believe anything he says. But still Google all info before making up your mind. Never trust just one person.

Don't contact him or anyone direct they wont respond. Just read all you can on hgh peptides reps and labs. If you have questions post it in the thread and a rep will get back to you. That is how they make money. A good rep wont give you details on dosage or timing. But that is easily found here or on Google.

I have others to chat with. But it seems to me your biggest problem is you don't like you. You liked super fat you more than thinner you.
Shame. I've only read your posts and I like you very much.
Perhaps after ur surgery you will like you more.
Have to go.
All the best.

Won't help much because I've been on here for almost a year and even have messaged the site during to not able to comment or post on any threads or anything I've been getting the gear from sources I learned from here for a while now but still can't ask any questions for getting advice from the more experienced members I'm still trying to learn so it's frustrating
