I was curious where you guys go for your best protein/price ratio for fast food.

Let’s take carbs and calories out of the equation. What’s your go-to fast food restaurant for the highest protein lowest cost?

Gonna say chick FIL a nuggets
I'm with Cridi....24 count grilled Chik-fil-a nuggets is where it's at. The chicken is actual chicken and tastes pretty damn good even if you don't add any sauce to it...although I'll usually toss some buffalo sauce in there with them and give it a shake. The wife and kids love chick-fil-a as well, so we all get a nice meal without having to find something different for the picky little fun suckers (just kidding...kinda...I love my kids).

What about you, bro? Where you been getting your fast food fix for protein?

Chick Fil A grilled chicken is my go to, but idk about best bang for buck, place is fuckin pricey
Definitely not the cheapest fast food in the world, but it beats the breaks off any other fast food joint that has a drive-through. I’ll drop that extra 10 doll hairs.

The local butcher's around my rural paradise are my best friends. We have a few of the standard fast food mongers in "town" but I prefer to put my money into the local fare.. supporting as much as I can, and it becomes a proud chore in food prepping weekly.

I'll get bulk, unfrozen chicken and prep my own nuggets, chunks, whatever and either make a batch of something for the week or prep and freeze to be ready another week. Same with beef, pork, if on a hunt I'll stock venison, hare or boar the very same way.

Yet I admit I'll hit up some fast food now and then; usually either a giant meal at times or I'll get, just as an example, a bunch of tacos or burritos at say Taco Bell and slip in between meals over the course of 2-4 days or something. Arby's, Wendys. Some pizza places too, especially the local joints. I need variety anyway but as long as I don't go crazy on fast food, it seems to have its place. In my endeavors and with my personal goals, at least.

Cheap fast food protein? Lots of fat but Wendy's....order two cheap double cheeseburgers and a side garden salad. Use only the 4 meat patties and break them up to make a ghetto cheeseburger salad.

I've got a sushi place by my work with $11 lunch roll combos. You get 2 rolls, and the rolls are huge. I usually can't even finish it, they load them with fish and shrimp. I feel like the luckiest guy alive when I score that stuff.

I like the Chipotle tips too I need to try that.

I love these new Poke Loa places sprouting up also, but they are pricey.
