How do you get rights to PM and post in Steroid Underground Section

I have an issue with a vendor on here and I am trying to get in contact with them but I cannot post or reply in the correct section. I also cannot use private messaging so it is frustrating because I can't even ask someone to assist me. I don't want to bash any source before giving them a chance to resolve their mistake but this is ongoing for 2 and half months now. Would everyone agree this is pretty ridiculous for a large sum of $ order and to not get a resolution yet?

This is not a help desk for your issues with a source. I don't know how you even got in contact with the source and have contact them through here.

This is not a source board, this board was not made for transactions and discussing business with sources.

Go ahead and make an introduction. For you to get access to the underground, you would need to put effort into being an actual user.

I did do an introduction and have been contributing to the forums. I know this is not a source board or for transactions. People provide feedback and their experience with sources here correct? Also source advertise here and get feedback or complaints posted from people to their threads. I didn't do any transactions or business on the forums. I reached out to them on their official contact method but with no luck I am trying to get their support rep to help me here or just a reply.

I hope you have better luck in the future but you shouldn't be "frustrated" that you can't get them to assist you. The reps here are pretty worthless and will keep redirecting you to contacting them via "contact us". The real customer support hardly speaks any English.and they don't give two shits

I would say consider it a loss and move on.

It was my first order and the only source who scammed me out of 40+ PEDs orders.

Consider it a learning experience.

I have also the same issue, only I have I good experience with my new vendor (sofar) who I found on this forum. I can get 20$ off store credits if I place a Review or TouchDown picture in this forum. But iam new here so that's not possible?? So no way to contribute in that part of the forum and help other people if you are new to the forum. Also it's not clear what it takes to be able to contribute ...

Of course I understand that there is a reason for this! But in the end i think most of the trolls/fake persons would put the needed energy in it to be able to post a review while we who only order one time or so will not... but maybe I'm a troll... you never know... so forums for this purpose are always difficult...

It takes minimal effort for New Members to gain posting privileges in the Steroid Underground subforum (which you have already apparently discovered).

I'm not a big fan of resolving situations in private because it benefits no one but the source and allows them to sweep any potential problems under the rug.

So, by all means if you all more concerned about helping the source out when resolving your issues, then do so secretly and privately.

But if you are interested in helping the community by creating awareness of the issues, then do so openly and publicly.

This forum is about PUBLIC accountability for all sources.

These new forum restrictions serve to remind New Members that your primarily loyalty should be to the harm reduction community and not to the pocketbooks of sources.

If a New Member is only interested in posting a review so that they receive a $20 store credit and are unlikely to post again, does this really benefit the community?

It only benefits the two parties involved in the transaction: the source (greatly) and the customer (for a measly $20 store credit).

You implied (perhaps unintentionally) that a lot of customers register on MESO primarily to do this.

MESO seeks to discourage this behavior.

MESO really only wants members who are primarily concerned with helping and protecting the community from all types of AAS/PED harm including source-related harm.

So, New Members need to show which camp they belong to: the COMMUNITY or the SOURCE.

Hey guys appreciate the help! Seriously, supportive community who keeps everyone in check is great. I haven't experienced such quick replies before and helpful suggestions.

I do want to contribute to community that's why I wanted to post it in the correct area and also warn others if I get screwed not to get scammed out of your hard earned money. I will be taking his up with them in the underground section so if interested follow along there. Have my fingers crossed holding onto some hope they will resolve it. Because in business anything can happen and if they can provide a resolution that's better than just telling me to fuck off. Hope the community will support me in this and also provide everyone my experience on who to go with or not.

I almost get excited when sources prices never change or have discounts meaning they have a customer base and they aren't just chasing volume and money.

Yes I did and they actually helped me resolve it and reshipped my order. Waiting to confirm that it arrives and let everyone know. Go to Steroid Underground and there Pharmcom thread you will see my posts there and that's where you reach out to one of the people who works for them to help you. If you message them or write post they will help you. The contact us on the website is not good. Check my profile and my posts might be faster to find their thread. Hope you get a resolution!

You have to contribute to the community to get more access, read above post from Milard gave a great response.
