Thanks! Yes I would like to start next year.

Any training advice for arms? And with legs you mean hamstrings right?
I know you asked Mac and please, by all means take his advice over mine if it differs, he's someone I turn to as well

For me personally I've found to really focus on intensity vs volume or weight. The absolute most effective thing I've done for biceps is use a cable machine and one of those D handle bars from gym pin, push your hips back and lean forward a bit but hold your shoulders back and your arms out infront of you so you get a lot of tension at the top of the movement

Curl up relatively slow squeezing hard and then at the top flex like hell for a full second, go down real slow to full extension. 2-3 sets of this in the 8-12 or 10-15 range, focusing on maximizing tension on the bicep has hands down been the most effective thing I've done for biceps ever

lm happy about everyones advice!
Sounds like something new, will give it a try… thanks a lot man

Looking good man. I will again echo what Mac said. Just need overall more size but the structure is there.

What’s your current training split look like? Diet?

It may just be the way your camera makes things look, but your legs look unusually long from the knee to the waist on your back pose. What stands out the most to me is the need to crush your hamstrings and bring them up much thicker to balance everything out more. Your quad separation and development is incredible for being 200 lbs, but you definitely need to drill the hams

Yeah my quads definitely overpower my hams... will put more focus on them now... thank you.

Here, too, I look or the angle of the photo is like this, but the feeling that there are not enough legs, and I need to concentrate on them.
