The Nord stream pipeline runs from northwestern Russia, through the Baltic Sea into Germany.
Joe Biden first lifted sanctions the "bad orange man" had so that this pipeline could be finished at the request of many European states that would benefit from the gas supply.
Then he sanctioned Russia and the gas was shut off after war in Ukraine broke out.
Now the pipeline has been sabotaged and the media in the West is blaming Russia.
Logic would say the culprit is likely the US government or Ukraine because neither Russia nor any European countries would benefit.

As Europe faces a cold winter the possibility of European countries calling for an end to the Ukraine war and the gas turned back on was a real likely problem the Biden administration would face.
The US state department and entrenched Washington DC establishment wants the war in Ukraine to persist and are the most likely suspects in this sabotage.
But this means they sabotaged infrastructure of what is supposed to be their own allies.
