First cycle advice for a leaner look with muscle growth

Don’t get false hope with the orals, they are good at giving the look early on which is great for motivation but most of the gains evaporate with out a solid test base and even with majority is water weight, the only orals I use are anavar and anadrol , anavar when I’m cutting anadrol when I want some retard strength dbol just made me feel bloated af personally. But You need to pin some test or don’t touch em at all

this is spot on. only use orals when cutting to retain muscle
 
Do you have pre cycle labs? The way the Dr does it can usually tell if you need an ai.Some of us older guys in our 40's start to see lower test results naturally. Even if lean that can make estrogen be a point or two high. Usually if you have pre labs and estrogen is like a 39 naturally .....you may need an ai on 200 test a week or more. 500 test a week is my favorite beginner cycle. I have put many friends on that and 90% of them needed an ai but mostly my friends are older 45+. 400 a week is ok but nothing to brag about. 500 a week you will see good results. Plan on having 1mg of arimidex on hand per 250mg shot of test.You can try .5mg first and pull labs to make sure you dont go to low on estrogen. You may like high estrogen and not need it. I like mine in range 30-40ish. Arimidex will not cause sides unless you take too much. Estrogen in range equals higher testosterone levels. High estrogen will steal some of your testosterone level results.Everyones different but a 500 a week cycle adds 25-30lbs on my lifts. A 750 a week test cycle adds 50 lbs to my max lifts towards the end. I may be a low responder. I'm old lol. Almost 48.

So far I’m on 300/week, and pin EOD. So far no sides,
I think with pinning EOD and with only 300/week, I should be good.
 
didn't read the thread again but your dose is good, now diet, cardio, and. get lean. scale and calories should go down, when you get below 10 percent, may want to tick the gear up a bit to help as thats when muscle loss may start.

Was at 2800 calories 3 months ago, now I’m at 2100 +/- 200

Taking this very seriously

Let me know if there’s anything else, but I think this is a very good start to a 1st cycle
 
My opinion is that cardio should be done after the workout or at a different time. Concentrate to train your muscles at a good intensity and use cardio as a tool for health and calorie burning.

thats good to hear. I did my first cycle at around 23% bodyfat. Didnt have many issues either and slowly have been doing a full recomp.

I think just most people are stupid about it.
 
Below 10%? Wtf? Kinda crazy unless competing. Why put yourself in that position when you can feel a lot better and be healthier above 10%. Without fat reserves, your immune system takes a battering, testosterone levels tank if natty Haha...and your metabolism stutters. Dip below 5% and you risk muscle loss, nervous system damage and brittle bones, at best. At worst, you leave the gym in an ambulance. So unless you’re a professional bodybuilder, maintaining a 10-14% body fat percentage is the best way to balance good health and a lean, athletic physique.

looks good, if you wanted to be optimal id do 40 minutes 3x a week, intense. Away from workout if possible, fasted in the AM. GH + E C pre. Post workout would be better than pre if not possible to do on off days or separate from weights. of that 2100, the more that is protein, the better IMO

No, most people think they are 15% when they are really 20+. Not saying that about you, just in general.

15% body fat is quite athletic by any standards.

well I meant, people do not recomp at the start properly and keep gaining weight.

they never learned the basics of nutrition/dieting. someone who is starting off with AAS and educated can recomp properly.

you are a clown. the man in pic 1 was my former coach. 3 percent huh? a human is 3 percent bedfast according to you and your bible of leanness? the man is dead but if he were alive he would tell you he never hit 3 percent. He was a smart man, encouraged his clients to stay lean year round, not 15% horseshit, and he was lean. But you saying he was 3% your clueless.
