I have been off since 2020, 26 years old, 205 lbs for 1.81m

Total Cholesterol: 202* [< 200]
HDL: 64 [> 40]
LDL: 115 [0 - 130]
Triglycerides: 115 [< 150]

I feel that it should be better than that, opinions? would it get bad if I do a simple cycle?

Give us some information. What is your current exact daily diet? What is your cardio regimen? And what is your supplement regimen?

my diet:

from monday to friday:

Breakfast
big coffee, oats bowl with whole milk and honey.

Lunch
regular complete menu, first plate lentils bean stew... second plate a big beef steak with chips generally, it may be chicken or pig too, about 300gr, desert fruits and coffee.

Afternoon snack pre workout
1 - 2 scoops of ISO whey, banana, and maybe a small amount of oats+honey+whole milk If I am hungry after work

Dinner post workout
3 whole eggs omelet with one slice of Edam cheese, Serrano ham and 1 can of tuna, with about 80grs of bread and 2 plain yogurts + 1 big custard apple for desert.

Fridays night I go out, drink a bunch of beer and eat tasty fatty food like blood sausages, pizza, or whatever it takes, but not always I eat that, what is granted is the beer, I can drink a shit ton of it, I love it.

Saturday
I drink more beer with friends (one has to socialize), maybe some junk, fried food in the bar with the drinks and then mostly good foods but in high quantities, I use weekends to train heavier and longer so I get more hungry.

Sunday
No alcohol, similar to Monday to Friday diet, with higher quantities.

I do 0 cardio, only weights 5 times a week, I train hard and lift heavy push/pull/legs scheme.
Supplements only ISO whey.

Other parts of the bloodwork are good, and I have 810ng/dL of total test completely natty for many years.

Hdl is good, overall not bad numbers other than highish ldl. I don't see a cycle being a problem based on these.

Numbers dont look bad overall. I'd run a good quality fish or flaxseed oil at 3000-4000mg day, unless you eat a significant amount of fish already?

Cholesterol is tricky. You're better with a high HDL than a lower total cholesterol number if that makes any sense. You're only 2 points above the limit on that, nothing to worry about at all.

I use a product called Nordic Naturals which is icelandic fish. I also use Animal Omega packs. The animal product will give you roughly 4000mg of omega 3 per pack, a once a day administration. The nordic naturals is not cheap but a very good quality oil. I take the animal in the morning and the other one with my last meal. My cholesterol is great and its good peace of mind for heart health as well.

No i don't take fish oil supplements at all, gonna buy Krill Oil now.

I think my highish LDL and total is due to lack of cardio, high fats diet and alcohol consumption on the weekends.

Thanks
