Breakdown of protein carbs fats calories?

What would you like us to critique?

What is the purpose of your diet... are you trying to maintain, lean out, put on muscle, etc.

Just by glancing at it looks pretty clean to me.

just by looking at it you seem to have almost no fats. Indirectly from protein sources maybe 12-15g.
i think this might be an issue sooner or later

Brown rice and chicken all day long..

The last time in my life that I did that, I was a very unhappy man.

Apart from overweight or approaching a competition ok but otherwise I find it sad.

Current bf height weight?

What's your goal?

Macro of your diet?

Put a little effort buddy

Id have some more variation in my protein sources and some fat sources.

Id suggest some salmon/mackerel, nuts, eggs, avocado, ground beef.

I would also swap out the brown rice for white rice and have a potato meal later in the day and/or as first/second meal. Any reason you go for brown rice?

Are you buying store cooked whole chickens every day or the frozen slabs?

how the fuck are you stomaching 200g of oats, but apparently SALT you cant tolerate...

You also do not have any fats in your diet. Nor are you having a pre or postworkout meal.

Brown rice is shit to cook and also tastes like shit. Basmati or jasmine is a better option.

How much protein is that a day? seems like way overkill. ~45g per meal for you should be sufficient. That's given you are ~220lbs

I also read his diet and thought, either he made a mistake when feeding or it was just some kind of nonsense.
