Guys, what's the thought on quality of protein, amino acid profile, in Skyr / Icelandic yoghurt? Probably has different names in different countries. It looks like normal yoghurt but thicker, It usually has around 0% fat, 4% carb, 10% protein. 16-18 gram protein in a small tub.
It's a life saver for me, travelling a lot with work. I buy then for snacks and can go through 4-5 tubs of 170 gram (7 ounces) in a day. Easy 80-90 gram protein. They're pretty cheap, and are still edible after 6-7 hours unrefrigerated.
Having 2 of them on a 4.5 hour train ride as I write this.
