Of course blandI don't know anyone that could eat like that for more than a week.
Bland....
This sounds weird but I don’t like it when food tastes good because then I know it’s unhealthy

Ok. We got stuff like that. Different name. ThanksIt’s a kinda like cheese but without the fat , it’s just protein and a very small amount of carbs
Quark doesnt even come up if i google low fat cheese here in australia.View attachment 171958
We got a cuntry full of fat cunts but no quark. Just weird. It's a dairy curd suitable for vegetarians. Like cottage cheese but smoother and less fat. Texture like really thick yoghurt.
I love salmon. So tasty. Ground sirloin, ground bison. That does sound very weird...yeah
Tasty food doesn't mean it's unhealthy but I suppose that depends on how much you know about food and if you can cook or not.
Eggs.I'm basically living on a tight budget at the moment, and my daily food intake is 3-4 servings of pork chop, rice, and frozen peas, and a large serving of overnight protein oats.
Naturally, this isn't optimal regarding nutrient intake. I do take specific supplements like Fish oil, Folic Acid (Prescribed as low), vitamin D, and a cheap multivitamin, but I'd much prefer to get more nutrients in my diet. I'm not sure exactly how much I spend on food, but it's probably around £75-£125 a month (£20-£30 a week) total.
What are the cheapest sources of nutrients I can buy to include in my diet?
I live in the UK for reference.

You obviously don't know any serious bodybuilders then lol!
True that. I prep 90% of my meals on saturday night. Plate them up and refridgerate. Next week i eat exactly the same thing. Just have to make sure you like the food. No problem so far eating same mesls for two years now.You obviously don't know any serious bodybuilders then lol!
Sure tank. But some of us have little time and less imagination. Eating is just like dressing and shitting. Just get it done. Wish i were more like you and cooked all the time. But i hardly have time to microwave a plate and eat.I've known plenty throughout my life and I used to do bbing myself in my twenties/thirties but we all ate loads of good food and varied diets so your comment is totally redundant bro.
If you think "serious" bbers just eat quark, brown noodles, and oats everyday....it's you that doesn't know any "serious" bbers. Or maybe you only know bbers with no money who can't afford to eat good food and they can't cook/create nice tasty meals for themselves either ROFL
Serious bbers eat quark, noodles, and oats everyday??? Great joke bro. Very funny....
R u the liver kingStart hunting I fill my freeze every year with deer , moose , elk , sheep etc.
R u the liver king![]()
Still dont believe you. Need a pic of your real 6pac. If it is cosmetically inhanced and as tan as a turd i know who u r.Haha fuck I hate that guy
Nah I’m up in Canada so hunting is pretty practical can go hunting right out my back yard.

That sounds like a dream to me. I only get that on a cruise ship on hollidays. Otherwise same old for me. But i dont force feed. Rice and noodles and dry tuna would all kill me after one meal. Im a meat veg. Meat salad. Or fried rice and meat type guy. I can eat that every meal.Consistency in meals wasn't the point or the issue and nor was anyones preference to do meal prep in bulk and in advance. He believes I don't know any bbers or anything about how to eat properly for bbing and all because I don't need to live my life eating such a boring and bland diet that just consists of shit like quark, brown noodles, and oats.
I'm glad that I'm a great cook and can whip up fantastic meals in minutes with no effort and also enjoy my food at the same time.
I pity any guy that has to forcefeed himself on curd cheese, noodles, and oats everyday from big buckets in the fridge coz that's what makes him think he's a "serious" bber (duh).
Whatever though....each to their own
I enjoy varied and very tasty meals and I often switch things around every few months so I don't get bored of food.
