Cheapest food with the most nutrients in?

Cheap :

Eggs, potatoes, rice, noodles, corn and corn products, joghurt, ground pork (even lean version of it)

Most nutrient dense on a budget? Definitely eggs and lean ground beef. I’ve also been using the vertical diet for about 3 years now and I’ve completely shifted my body composition and performance.

Milk and eggs have everything you need because both of these substances are made to support life and growth.

I would have 4 eggs per day (240 calories and 24g protein) and 1 liter of milk (650 calories and 32g protein). That brings you to 900 calories and 66 grams of protein. That should be your minimum base.

I'd get an "expensive" multivitamin. Not a cheap one. I'd add extra vitamin K if you consume a lot of calcium (dairy) and maybe some magnesium.

To the OP.... if you're on a really tight food budget (i know that feeling myself atm) and you want high protein/low fat....have you ever tried Ox Liver?

It packs a serious nutritional punch and Asda do 500g packs for about £1.50 so you could get 2-3 meals out of that easily. Other livers are available (lamb, pig, chicken etc) but they tend to be a bit more expensive and not good value for the pack weight. If you've got a strong stomach you could try other offal too but heart and kidneys are strong flavours and not very nice.

With Ox liver....just fry off some onions in a hot pan and then add the liver thinly sliced and fry for another 2-3 minutes until cooked and then pour in a splash of bisto gravy (or any sauce you like) to keep it moist. Serve that with rice or mash and some veg and you've got a cheap/nutritious meal.

Chicken livers are my favourite and I've not had them for ages but I know what I'm having for tea tonight now :)

All options available one UK and USA or both

These are the foods that work for creating huge physiques, find a way to afford to eat accordingly

Eggs, skipjack tuna, brown rice and whole milk!

Fairly inexpensive and loaded full of nutrition and were staple foods for every bodybuilder in the 80s/90s even when cash wasn't tight lol.
