How are everyone's powerlifting journeys doing?

I envy such data, honestly I hardly imagine natural so much bench press. You have a very cool friend.
Yeah I am in awe of someone like that - it would be easy not to like them as they are stronger than my dream strength LOL (405 for 7) but I always look at it as you can learn so much from these people who have been there and done it and when they are as helpful and as positive as he is you realise they are great people too not just as a weightlifter. I must admit though it is kinda frustrating when I have run run a load of gear to be half as strong, and have to go through PCT if I ever want to return to normal life lol and will have caused damage to my body along the way in doing so - BUT you have to remember we are all built differently and you simply cannot compare yourself to someone else born from a different family of genetics.

They are usually great guys. And you are right, you can learn a lot from them, but do not forget that we are all individual, and all information should not be copied, but adapted. And then there will be progress.
