Training tunes?

This one's a bit unusual but today was a heavy back squat day (ATG) and I needed music that gave me maximum focus and calmness before dropping down into the hole.

I had this on a loop for 6 sets and was totally zoned out with the mind to muscle connection. Sometimes training isn't all about getting fired up and angry.

With such music, you can and should set records :)
I hope all the tasks for the training were completed
 
Post an example of what you're into bro. There's different types of techno. Some of it's okay but most of it is just pure noise and crazy BPMs.

Drum and bass is easier to listen to than hardcore techno.
I never fell in love with techno, for me it's just noise.
