Old Tren Burning Skin Inside and Out

I have a bottle of Trenbolone E 200mg/ml from Pharmacomlabs that I have been using for months. I was running 50mg/wk during my cruise and all was fine. But as time has gone on each time I pin it I immediately get a burning sensation under the skin that has been getting increasingly worse. Today while pinning my pec it started burning but I kept pushing and then suddenly it felt like my pec was on fire and the burning sensation spread to my shoulder and then upper arm. It was the most excruciating pain I've ever felt and was on the verge of calling 911. After a few minutes it started to subside but left a big red mark under my pec that feels exactly like sunburned skin to the touch. WTF is causing this? Does Tren go bad? The liquid looks the same as day one with no floaters or signs of crashing. Does anyone know why this happened? Sounds like sub w leakage, like the oil came out of muscle and under the skin

I got the same thing and sensation a few times when I pin in the quad. Was like 3 or 4 consecutive injection then I didn't experience that feeling ever and I have done more than 100 injection in quad since then. Was the same vials that I used after so is not the oil.
Was pinning test but why that has happened I don't know for sure

Most of us have, sometimes the oil leaks from the pocket that the injection creates quicker or in a manner that's not favorable. It gets near an area the body would prefer it not to be, (like the subcutaneous area" and gives an autoimmune response. Be glad it usually happens locally and not the organs. Big reason why ALL pharmaceutical grade, and many UGLs to be fair, say right on the label "For intramuscular use only" or "For deep intramuscular use only".

Thanks for all the responses. It took about an hour or so but all the redness went away and I got back to feeling normal again. The consensus here and on YouTube was that I hit a nerve either with the direct injection or as the oil leaked out and ran along the nerve. Either way I am all good now with no residual effects or symptoms of an injection. Thanks again for the help yesterday.

The sensation was during I inject the oil. Redness and hot of the area pretty much instant not the sub q leak.
I inject with the 4 cm needle btw

The redness is below your injection spot so the most likely explanation is it is a subq leak. Had that happen to my lat and delt a few times.

Ostias a mí me pasó con la primera inyección también pharmacon pero test E 300.

Misma inflamación solo que yo inyectó en el culo con jeringas de insulina,el ardor es terrible,a mi.me paso a los ojos se me inflamaron las mejillas,tuve que ir al hospital y me pusieron antiestaminico,ala media hora se fue,llegue a creer que me quedo ciego,el medico dijo dermatitis inflamatoria

Sogo inyectando el test E 300,no me pasó tan fuerte,pero cada vez que pongo el dolor en el culo,el pip es brutal y picores por todo el cuerpo sin llegar a lo de la primera vez.

Muchos años inyectando muchos laboratorios pero nunca tuve esta reacción.

También tengo un vial de tren A 100
paso fotos porque parece que trae premio.
