Old Tren Burning Skin Inside and Out

I have a bottle of Trenbolone E 200mg/ml from Pharmacomlabs that I have been using for months. I was running 50mg/wk during my cruise and all was fine. But as time has gone on each time I pin it I immediately get a burning sensation under the skin that has been getting increasingly worse. Today while pinning my pec it started burning but I kept pushing and then suddenly it felt like my pec was on fire and the burning sensation spread to my shoulder and then upper arm. It was the most excruciating pain I've ever felt and was on the verge of calling 911. After a few minutes it started to subside but left a big red mark under my pec that feels exactly like sunburned skin to the touch. WTF is causing this? Does Tren go bad? The liquid looks the same as day one with no floaters or signs of crashing. Does anyone know why this happened? In the picture below the blue arrow is where I pinned it then you can see the red skin well away from the pin location. IMG_20220530_145309.jpg

Sounds like you hit a artery. There’s tons of artery’s in that area. Good way to kill yourself if it was a bigger shot.
Interesting, my understanding is that the major veins etc terminate before they reach the lower edge of the pec where I pinned. I haven't been able to find a diagram showing anything in that region.

I'm not being clever or insulting when I say this but WTF? Loads of arteries in the pecs?
Er, what?

To the OP...bin that shit bro.
Something ain't right with it but don't ask me "what" coz I don't know.

There’s artery’s located in the upper pec area. They haves branches that push blood out. My guess is he hit one of the branches. He also said he’s been using the gear for months. Bad gear doesn’t instantly hurt and cause fire pain straight to your extremities.

I use to shoot pills when I was younger and I’ve hit a artery or 2 it’s very painful. So painful I was about to call 911. Exact same symptoms I experienced.

The redness is inflammation. Your body could be developing an allergy to something in the injection, or it could be from the mechanical trauma. What's worrisome is that redness patch is pretty much right over your heart. Pick another spot to inject.

FYI there is only 1 major artery that feeds the pecs via the connected branches to that muscle but there are no arteries within the pecs, upper or lower.

Don't talk shit bro.

I wasn’t talking shit I was just talking bro bro

I’ve been though that pain and its a pain like no other. I would just chalk it up to a bad shot. It’s a dicey area right there by the heart.

Yep it’s definitely a allergic reaction. Take more drugs!

I feel like this has been the attitude on meso lately. Just take more drugs to fix another drug!
I'm not a physician, however not everything requires an emergency room visit. I recommend nothing differently than what I would do myself. I do feel comfortable in saying the Dr at the ER would advise him to stop taking what he's taking and give him 50mg of benadryl.

It looks like you pinned tren directly into your heart lol. That’s fucking metal lol

Also quit shaving your chest you fucking fag

It’s worth noting that a lot of people get issues when not going deep enough sub q which causes a dissipation issue.

I personally only recommend IM injections.

And I talked with the pharmacon rep about this awhile back. All of their oils have a 150 year shelf life. Was your tren more than 150 years old? If it was, it was still most likely user error.

You painted a picture in my kind, an old wooden covered wagon with PHARMACOM painted on the side, being pulled by a horse, going town to town in the old west. A big muscle guy selling little corked vials of "muscle elixir". Imagine that pip?!?

I got the same thing and sensation a few times when I pin in the quad. Was like 3 or 4 consecutive injection then I didn't experience that feeling ever and I have done more than 100 injection in quad since then. Was the same vials that I used after so is not the oil.
Was pinning test but why that has happened I don't know for sure

You guys have probably just torn through a small vein/branch inserting the pin and doing a shot and caused some localised inflammation/redness as the human body's defence mechanisms react to an attack.

If you actually pumped 1-3ml of oil directly into an artery you would suffer the effects of a pulmonary embolism very quickly and either just have a rough few hours breathing etc or your heart would stop coz of the blockage and you'd drop dead.
