Pasteurised egg in a carton. Anyone use?

Yep. Easy way to add protein to your diet. Just drink them raw if in hurry or cook them like regular eggs. My step father used to mix them with orange juice and slam them down the hatch.
That's what I was thinking of doing bro.
Seems like an easy way to get loads of easily digestible protein in as a meal replacement when there's no time to eat.
I just need to work out the cost per portion now to see if it's cheaper than whey shakes. Some adverts I've seen suggest that there's 30 whole eggs per 1 litre and I can get 1 litre for about £5 ($6) on some websites.

Every time I halve drank paturized egg whites I get the hottest most dank protein farts, so my condolences to any of the ladies in your life lol.
People say you must not get a lot of absorption being with how quickly it can run through you, but I'd usually just eat a bagel or something to give it something to "soak into" and that helped digestion for me
If it upset my stomach that much I'd quit it but I usually tolerate eggs just fine. Don't think my work colleagues would be too happy if someone was dropping fart bombs all day-everyday and making the office smell like dirty ass ROFL
I've used them for years. Super convenient that the little ones are like a single 50g protein serving

I drink about a quart and a quarter quart a day. I don't have any digestive issues with them. My putrid gas went away once I swapped the whey isolate with more egg whites.

When I was a kid there used to be this place in the local mall called Orange Julius. They had different drinks, but their main one was the same as the name, an orange julius. It was just fresh squeezed oranges eggs and vanilla extract. Good shit!
Is there a reason why you do that?
I can't see the logic in mixing eggs (whites) with whey.

50g of protein in 500mL egg whites with 2 scoops of whey gets a quick hundred grams of protein in you.
Also if you mix it in vanilla kind of tastes like cake batter.

Never had an issue with crapping my pants, but I’ve heard about the need for biotin.

I make ice cream with them, 1/2 cup eggs, more ice than usual, scoop of pea protein, scoop of whey. I use a bullet mixer, once you figure out the right “tone” it makes you’re done.
