I have just come to the end of a 22 week cycle got an annual bloodwork
I was concerned about kidney function
But turns everything perfect apart from liver function high reference numbers
Just wanting advice on bringing numbers down last time I had liver scan was perfect I have been referred for another scan
My question is if I PCT with clomid and novaldex it will keep numbers high
I dont wanna PCT
Planning on a cruise..
I transitioned to testosterone Acetate 60mg ED & tren A 60mg ED 8/2/2022 finished 6/4/2022 ...was thinking switching to prope EOD or introducing Test E aswell
Thinking the Anastrozole & gabagoline
Not helping numbers my 10mg temazepam daily
So yeah doctor said fish oil

I guess it's hard question to answer
I guess I really dont what I am asking aswell

But anyway advice on bringing these numbers down I haven't told doctor about the steroid abuse ..he might not prescribe me my temazepam then :)
I did say I drink heaps of protein powder he hinted something about
Steroids but I have to be discreet parole knows I use this doctor I on strict conditions..anyway

Anyway any advice would be great lowering these numbers
ALT 253 U/L ( 0 - 45)
AST 159 U/L ( 0 - 41)
LD 282 U/L (80 - 250)

I guess I should PCT but shattered my chic friend gets released back into the community in 7 weeks I was hoping to be full of test lol ...I dont know how bad are those numbers I have no idea what all of that means yenno doctor seams to wanna lower them .
It was just cholesterol little high stop eating icecream which I'm bad for cookies and cream icecream..
And then the liver reference numbers
Thinking dropping to 300 mg
Less then half of what I been pinning
Or should I PCT

Man I have never seen numbers that high. Personally I would come off of everything until you get the numbers back to normal. Take 1,200 mg of nac a day for a month maybe that will bring them down. I have had good luck with nutricost in NAC and nutricost tudca to keep my numbers in check.

Ok thankyou for giving some advice yeah I asked about some antibiotics unrelated to anything and not that important really and he refused didnt wanna give anything that was going to effect the liver.
He was like asking about alcohol and rec drugs .
I haven't had a drop of alcohol if in over 6 years .
He was like very everything goes through ya liver what ever it is stop! I said I drink heaps of protein shakes everyday he said yup that's supplements it could be it .
He wants to run it again it 4 weeks
Next time check for for help c
But I been tested at least 3 times in last 6 years because of jail never shared a needle but have had a fair few fights as ya do in jail but I'm confident it's not that .

So yeah worried about taking clomid and novaldex I was going to start 100/50/50/50 and 20/20/20/20
If I did really dont wanna
I'm 43

So do I stop pinning & no pct

I have test E 300mg/ml
Propionate 100mg/ml
Test Acetate 100mg/ml

Maybe start back on the test E 1ml
Less ml for more mg if that matters at all :)

Thankyou deezznutzz I'll Google that in little bit I literally just woke up
Thanks heaps

I don't know anything about PCT so I can't comment on that. I used to have a problem of elevated liver enzymes but they were only elevated by 3 to 10 points. But now since I discovered NAC mine are always in the green ...so I know it detoxifies the liver very well since there's so many government studies on it and hospitals even use it for that reason. I have never had a liver enzyme test come back out of range since nac....I usually just take 1200 mg for about a month and then like 3 days before my labs I don't take anything and I'm always in the clear and of course I don't lift heavy right before I draw bloods. The tudca is supposed to work also but there have been times I ran out of tudca right before labs and I kept taking the nac and I Know It lowered my enzymes into the twenties. I used to always have them kind of high. But mine always spiked because of fatty liver. I don't know anything about the PCT but I do like the idea of just doing trt. Maybe nothing like 200 a week like I do now but something to be safe like 100 a week since you have the spike liver enzymes. Just to give all your organs a rest. NAC is sometimes hard to find because they're trying to make it illegal as a supplement. Amazon has pulled it ... Ebay still has it. If you can find the tub of NAC made by nutricost. It's discontinued on their website it says sold out but I don't think they make it anymore.... you can find the tub of pure crystals and it's usually about $35 on eBay. They still sell the pill form I haven't tried it yet I still have a leftover tub of the crystals before they stopped carrying it. I always see one on eBay though so there is still some sealed ones floating around that people have Overstock.

Dave palumbo.com has a wonderful liver support supplement that works really good you should look into that song everything helps

Those liver numbers are REALLY high from what I have seen. NAC, TUDCA, taurine are all good for your liver. I’m sure it was the tren and any other orals you may have taken (even Tylenol and Advil are hard on the liver if taken too frequently at a high dose. Really anything you’re putting in your body that isn’t whole food, I would take a close look at it and see how much value it adds to your life.

Do you take any OTC supplements or drugs?

Thankyou for all your time & effort with you input I appreciate it heaps ..
Was genuinely worried wasnt going to get any advice ..
I'm genuinely confused what to do the doctor didn't wanna give me antibiotics because of the numbers however he still gave me my temazepam I have started just taking half of a 10mg tab before bed.
So yeah I started pinning 30mg Ed test Acetate brewed at 100mg no 10% buffer
I was pinned 120mg a day so I'm hoping that helps .
thinking of switching to prope EOD .
Genuinely worried if I take clomid and novaldex with in the 4 weeks the numbers will get worse..
Also I I'm cutting down on protein powder I had 15kg so I been smacking it 5 or 6 a day so limiting to 2 .
Also cialis I been anywhere from 50mg to 140mg every couple of days on chest day for maddest pump lol so I'll knock that on the head too.
I don't drink or take rec drugs well one night recently my mate I haven't seen for 3 years just got out of jail so yeah we partied that's why I was worried about kidney's because I dehydrated the fuck out them pissing orange ..
I thought I was pretty healthy in general I honestly thought kidney's numbers would be high .that's whey I was worried about.
I had scan while in jail on liver cant remember the numbers but they were really healthy ..
So yeah must be to much oil ED last 22 weeks ..
I have referal for scan just waiting for consistant Trt levels etc
Then get another blood test in 4 weeks doctor said if I'm worried in 2 weeks but yeah I'll wait for the 4...
I'll go to chemist today I drink heaps of green tea ..dont use sugar in anything or salt ..anyway I'll let's ya's know how I go

thankyou so much team meso crew :)

A number of drugs, most notably alcohol, can selectively increase hepatic transaminase levels .

Parental AAS however should not result in these changes.

Why are you taking and want another Temazepam RX from your doc??

And if first "liver scan" was NL why are you being referred for another ??
Last scan was end of 2021 if I remember correctly score was 5.7 maybe there another number I had it written down lost it
I been back in the community 6 months so yeah
He referred me for because of the outcome of the liver numbers
I really have no idea what his plan is but he wants the scan then bloods again in 4 weeks .
The temazepam just to help sleep while I'm on trenbolone Acetate
He is a good doctor pretty bla-zay
Easy going does wanna see me live forever yenno ..
I'll go for scan next week
I'll get something for liver I actually need to go out get something, I blend chia seeds a bit I drink heaps green tea.
