injectable L-Carnitine

i've been reading mixed reviews on this stuff so i'm guessing it's subjective. seems to have a lot of benefits and i'm mainly interested in it for its claimed "androgen receptor reset". what are your experiences with it?

Overrated based on my experience
how much were you taking? chase irons (i don't like him but he knows his shit) recommends 6mg per pound of bodyweight for a loading phase and then 3mg per pound afterward. he claims people who didn't like it simply weren't taking enough.. apparently.

personally, extra endurance is what i'm reading the most but honestly i don't know how much more endurance i can have. between cardio and weights i can easily be in the gym for 2.5 - 3 hours and i'm in a deficit.

I heard that for many it helps to do cardio and increases endurance. And supposedly there is more energy in the deficit. But for this I mix bcaa and glutamine.

I did 1g of carnitine for nearly 6 months ED, since I brewed it myself, and I didn't notice much, if anything. I would never buy it from someone else, as it is super over-priced, so if you're not brewing it yourself, def dont take it. But in the end, being a pin cushion ED is not worth it, even if you did.

The main thing is to believe in its effect and then of course it will work.
That's called The Placebo Effect lol. All I can say, plenty of people have gotten ripped without taking it, and once you realize you need to inject ED, even if it did something, it's not worth it for that reason alone.

However, there are plenty of other benefits, apparently for the heart and other things.

Of course, the placebo effect sometimes works wonders.

I heard it gives you a sense of well being. Also heard that the androgen receptor thing was proven over hyped or debunked. $0.02

same here.
Nothing but a pain in the ass injecting that volume daily and next to no results.
rather invest in more quality hgh

It certainly did give me a sense of euphoria the first day, but that went away. Either way, the needed daily ED injections makes it not worth it.

Of course, you are right, but many people want to believe in the miraculous properties of dietary supplements.

Can you describe your feelings in more detail?
It was the first day, I felt this euphoric feeling, like very good mood and focus. I even DM'd Chase Irons, who was the one who introduced me to this whole Carnitine thing, and he said yes it is normal. But like I said, that feeling didn't occur after that again, or if it did, I don't recall. The first day for sure though.

Very nicely described. I would like the same effect.
