Lol...cow udders thenBreast milk
Agreed. I use the Skim milk by fairlife in my oats and have a cup in the afternoon. Best brand by far in my opinion. I also drink their protein shakes from time to time.Cow milk, especially Fair Life brand.
Have you had their Core Power Elite? 42 g of protein and they are so frickin good!Agreed. I use the Skim milk by fairlife in my oats and have a cup in the afternoon. Best brand by far in my opinion. I also drink their protein shakes from time to time.
I have not tried them yet but I did see them on their website. The only place that sells their products in town is Sams Club and I refuse to shop at Walmart stores because they treat their employees like shit. I lucked out on the regular ones I got at Costco. They had one pallet of them and They have yet to bring them back. I may just order a bunch on line before it gets to hot. I am trying to focus more n food than supplementation at the moment though.Have you had their Core Power Elite? 42 g of protein and they are so frickin good!
Bro, Sam’s is selling 8 packs of the 42g at $2.79 each as compared to $3.79 each or more. Lol, let’s be real - nearly every employer treats their employees like shit.I have not tried them yet but I did see them on their website. Most of them do, but I am willing to pay more for something at a place that treats their people better such as Costco. Or if I can find a small store somewhere that has them I will get them their. I just prefer to support place other than Walmart. Of course I haven't really looked for the core power anywhere else.Bro, Sam’s is selling 8 packs of the 42g at $2.79 each as compared to $3.79 each or more. Not sure where you live. In my area the 42g are only in certain places. A convenience store which sells them at over $4 a bottle or a chain grocery store that sells them at $3.79. I was doing an Amazon subscription but that got jacked way up, so I just go to Sam’s.Most of them do, but I am willing to pay more for something at a place that treats their people better such as Costco. Lactose free cow milk. What milk do you prefer and why...personally I prefer almond milk.
And you are a foodie, bro :LOL:Breast milk
I'm for sure gonna try this. I like almond just cause it's cheaper and comps my body better year round. But I have been trying to get more carbs and this looks like it.Oat milk.
Almond/nut milk is pretty bad for the environment. The trees take up a LOT of water, all in areas of the US where water is scarce. Also, there's an awful phenomenon going on where beekeepers are seeing their hives destroyed when they send them to the commercial almond farms.
So I say no to nut milk. Also the cartons they come in (tetra paks) are horrible for the environment, as they are "recyclable" but almost no recycling companies actually process them, so they almost always just end up in the landfill. I am lactose intolerant and I wouldn't drink factory farmed cow milk anyway. I'll drink my neighbors goat/cow milk though.
I just make my own oat milk though. It is really really easy and tastes great. You can make a carton of organic almond milk homemade for about $1.70. All you need is organic quick cooking oats, water, vanilla extract, and salt.
Here is a recipe: How to Make Oat Milk - Love and Lemons
I use 1 cup of oats per 3 cups water instead of half a cup, and I don't use any maple syrup, as I don't like sweet milk. I just use an organic cotton nut milk strainer bag to strain it. Then I keep the strained stuff and use it/eat it just like normal oats. No waste thay way.
So yeah. Homemade organic oat milk all the way for me!!![]()
