What’s up all,

Recently was on a tren/test cycle.
Tren- 400 a week
Test - 600 a week

@THE end of week 7 I decided I couldn’t do tren anymore because of mental side effects. So I jumped off that, and went down to 350ish on test, to slowly get back down to TRT levels.

I do take HCG twice a week.
I also have been taking T3.
Cialis for a lil help and bp

I won’t be able to get bloods for a week or two, so I am trying to get an idea on what maybe the cause of my issue.

Over the last month or two this has happened a few times. I mentally blamed it on tren, but I’ve never had this problem before in any of my other cycles. I haven’t done tren in about 10-12 days.

When I orgasm, there’s barely any build up beforehand and then barely anything comes out. Friday night I came like I should have. Nice and intense, about an hour ago, It happened again, no build up, and barely anything came out.. shits frustrating.

Who has an idea on what might be the cause? Shits getting frustrating. Orgasms give me that high feeling the rest of the night and the next day.. this problem just gets me frustrated as fuck.

Again, I can’t get the bloods for a week or two, so trying to get an idea what the cause may be.

Also, I had some Arimidex left, used those and then went onto aromasin since I had those. Neither were constant usage. Mainly when it felt like I needed to use them.

So from what I’ve read, dry orgasm is actually where your load goes into your bladder instead of coming out of your penis. Given your description, I would say you are NOT experiencing dry orgasm, but rather you are not producing much semen.

I’ve noticed that the longer I’ve stayed on TRT, my output has been weak and next to non existent. I’ve taken myself off for a medical reason, and oddly enough, my loads are actually bigger already and that’s only been just over a week now. I have read where testosterone injections will decrease your semen production, and when I ran a cycle that included Tren, I believe my output was even less.

And it sucks coming off of TRT because I have absolutely no energy now, but I have to do it, at least for the time being.
 
You are essentially shutting off your natural endocrine system with test bro. Your balls, semen, natural test etc. is all going to be altered. This is why it's best to wait until later in life to get started on HRT.
 
yeah. After further review, I came to the conclusion tren was affecting my endocrine system more than it has in the past. I took some extra doses of HCG since the problem started occurring and thankful that I haven’t had that problem ever since
 
Yeah. I pretty much would cum with no orgasm and no cum. It was awful.. luckily I would stay hard.. I guess it was e2 issues. I couldn’t get bloods right away. So by the time I was going to go..it was a few weeks off tren and loaded up on HCG and taking consistent doses of arimidex, I was back to normal.

Can u give the exact protocol you used to get back to normal such as HCG dosage, Ai use, test dosage, etc...

Currently on Tren and would love to know this information and any other advice. Thanks!
 
At the end, when I was about to jump off.
-I upped my HCG to 500iu EOD.
-I took 2mg arimidex a week; 1mg the day after injection; 1mg the 3rd day after injection.
-I upped my T3 pills to 75mcg, slowly, to make sure my thyroid was running correctly. Since tren almost completely shuts the thyroid down.

If you’re on TRT and a blast routine. Supposedly you can just jump down to TRT dosage and be fine. I always jump down slowly, over the course of a few weeks. I don’t like shocking my body when I don’t have to.

I’ve done this cycle a handful of times. This is the first time I’ve had this type of issues. My mental issues got really bad on this cycle too though. So it was a lot of new sides on this cycle. Many people suggested Caber with the sides I had. I’ve never completely researched Caber though, and won’t take anything without researching every single thing about it first. I just know you can have some serious withdrawal side effects off of Caber.

1750mg hcg a week is a lot. HCG has a lot of wonky side effects. Drop it for a few weeks and report back.

Def get a sensitive E2 test done while running that test and all the HCG.

No need to titrate your your dose down. You won’t go into shock or anything.
 
Trenbolone was never on the spectrum of “feel good steroids”. When you take it you have to be prepared that it will fuck up your brain and will raise systemic fatigue pretty much everywhere. This is why is not advised to run it for more than 6 weeks in a row.

What you are dealing with seems like a symptom of high prolactin however and can be solved pretty easily via introducing cabergoline at 0.25mgs per week.

If that doesn’t help you can look into such things as trazodone at 50-100mgs daily- this is usually given to elderly people who struggle to get and orgasm through similar neurodegenerative reasons trenbolone provides.

But… maybe you just should look into over compounds or keep you tren at <200mgs per week? I also would work :)
 
The 1500 a week of HCG was only for a few weeks, when I was having the problem. Once the problem was gone, I lowered my dosage of HCG.
Also, I know it doesn’t actually shock your body. When I don’t wean back down to my TRT dosage, I get hit hard with fatigue. So I do it for my own personal reasons.

Thanks for the tip. That is the first time I have heard about the trazadone. Does it help because it’s a serotonin antagonist?

I’ll have to read up more on traz and Caber during this off cycle. If I decide to do another cycle of tren; I’ll have to keep one of them on hand.
 
Trazodone not only helps with serotonin reuptake but it does the same with dopamine and this is why it is effective in neurotransmitter-glitch variants of erectile dysfunction. A very useful medication which is often neglected tbh.
 
Also, there is Valdoxan(Agomelatin) - an antidepressant that affects melatonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, but it has a strong side effect on the liver.

For sure, an abundance of serotonin makes your mood too calm and indifferent to become horny, but the main thing is.... serotonin drugs can make your sex painfully endless greatly increases the time to achieve orgasm ... sometimes so much that it is easier to fall asleep than to continue.

Such is the idea behind using Dapoxetine to prolong sexual “endurance” i guess

If libido is an issue, dopaminergic agents always address that. There was a drug of abuse awhile back called Methylenedioxy-pyrovalerone or MDPV for short OR as it became known as MDPerVee because it was a fairly selective dopamine reuptake inhibitor and boy did it make you wanna fuck 10x a day. Dopamine reuptake inhibition is the king of libido boosting in my experiences. Its too bad its a multi-edged sword and dopaminergic reuptake inhibitors are the epitome of addictive chemicals too. I ended up doing like a 2 month binge of MDPV, it was dirt cheap, we called it diet coke because it felt similar but less euphoric but just as addictive as cocaine.

It was at start of a cycle hadn't done bloods just yet so yeah I took an Anastrozole straight way then got bloods done high E2 and prolactin
