Your best cutting food hacks/ ultra low calorie meals & snacks

And as a result, everything that I didn’t do for baking. Where I put the protein, the product always comes out with the taste of burnt protein. Which is not very tasty.
This one actually tastes really good. You have to watch baking with protein it will overcook/dry easy. When baking add more wet ingredients.... if you are worried about this recipe check it at 45-50min to see if cooked.

Just a quick additional for anyone lurking.

Post workouts I'm eating beans with a little chicken, covered in sugar free maple syrup (has like 2 calories per tbsp)

If you throw in fava/broad beans you even get a dopamine increase from them, which is always good on a cycle and when in a defecit.

Very filling and cheap, covers tons of nutrients. (If you don't eat beans start with a small amount, you'll adjust to the fiber and high fiber is good for your health).
Good call have to make beans again, they are so helpful on bulk too. Amazing filling food

What’s this about beans and dopamine?

Maybe it's the protein, maybe some protein is better for baking.
Be sure to take into account the baking time.

Fava beans contain a significant amount of a dopamine precursor. I mean I'm not saying it could replace clomid on Tren or anything, but a little extra dopamine is usually a good thing.

I think here and as from any write that you like, it brings pleasure = dopamine. Food that you don't like and you just eat doesn't bring dopamine.

The only point from beans fart level can be high. And there is a chance to turn into a farting machine.
True, but I eat them all the time and have adjusted to the fiber, if you soak them (dry beans) or rinse them (canned beans) it reduces the enzyme that makes you gassy. Still, I use it as a before bed meal rather than a pre gym one in case of fart. (Though who doesn't want the gym to themself sometimes )

In other words, if you rinse or soak canned beans, you can significantly reduce gas production and fart will be less, right?

when im craving sweets, especially at night when i'm cutting: in a personal bullet blender mix ice, lemon or lime, and stevia.

SHIRATAKI TOFU NOODLES. these are fucking life changing. the "house foods" brand macros are (per bag, 8oz) 35 calories, 2.5 fat, 13c, 3p

a good idea for a late night snack when you're craving something sweet

also, you can add guar gum to your protein shakes. all you need is 1tsp per 24oz. that's only an extra 20 calories but it feels like you just ate an extra 150-200 calories. you will see guar gum or xanthan gum is tons of commercial products.

greg doucette's protein ice cream is also amazing.

Well with canned beans just rinsing them would work to reduce gas. They contain something called raffinose which is essentially 3 types of sugar (galactose, glucose & fructose) bound together, which is hard for humans to digest. Rinsing removes most of it, and reduces gas.

The soaking would be for dried beans, you soak them for a day, get rid of the water, rinse, cook, and rinse after cooking them too. More work, but dry beans are one of the cheapest nutrient dense foods even if it's partial protein (missing methionine and tryptophan).

Dude I love this idea, I wonder how it would work for sauces, I use tapioca starch sometimes for sauce but guar gum seems to have around 50% less calories (and even needs less dry content to thicken stuff).

My grocer stopped carrying tofu noodles and just has the regular clear shiritaka, tofu ones taste way better. I'll give it a shot with my gross clear shiritaka sometime though lol, good suggestion.

I would say it is simply divine. It's impossible not to love him.

This is exactly what you need to try both ways. Suddenly it really helps because I like the taste of them.

My wife makes fun of me for this one, but when I’m hungry and I have no more calories left I. My meal plan I get a massive bowl of spinach, cut up some mushrooms in it, and drench it in this jalapeño mustard that I really like. Around 30-40 calories for a super filling meal that doesn’t taste terrible

My wife does the same. And at the same time he eats something tasty and teases me. Tests my will.
