Twice now I have had a package say delivered when it is not delivered and several days later it will show up in the mail box. 1 international and 1 domestic. I order a lot of shit on line from Alibaba and Amazon and never had this happen before. I mean it could be coincidental but it seems strange that it happened with 2 packs in a row that contain sketchy shit.

Did it happen at the end of the week, by chance?

If you watch tracking for any of your packages, you'll probably find that this happens quite a bit. The post office explained to me why it happens at one point, and I'd be lying if I said I recall the exact reason or that it made sense... but basically the carriers are allowed to mark packs as delivered under certain circumstances that include... not actually being delivered by the normal definition. It happens all the time for packages coming to my office. Even worse is they have an electronic signature on file.
