Okay blending food doesn’t seem to work

It just doesn’t store in my muscles it’s like no glycogen from shakes vs the same food eaten.

I’ll be going with frozen chicken pattie sandwhiches from now on
 
Look man I’m just trying to get my calories in. I’d do oats but it messes with my thyroid
Peanut butter and jelly? Burger and Fries? Idk,I can think of too many ways to get calories in. Is it really so hard you have to ask for advice? Come on, take a walk in any store and there's endless roads to get there.

cream of rice and rice flour is also an option. How do you know oats impacts your thyroid, how does that work?
 
I myself only have issues after week 5 on tren and that's only getting clean cals in I can eat dirty all day and Night on anything. I have blended shit before and yeah fuck that just force it in take a slam of water to wash it down. Do what u gotta do or just like mentioned burgers fries PBJ. Gotta be something you can get down.
