Cant eat food no appetite too lazy on and off cycle.

Blending chicken and bread and 2 cups milk 2 scoops protein

Shake macros
105 protein
122 carbs
45 fat

4 times daily could be 6 and broken down more

Will it work

How to look not very appetizing, to be honest)) I don't really want to eat it)
 
Digestion speed? Idk I feel more glycogen from chewing food but maybe it’s in my head feel like liquid is absorbed to quickly
if gastric emptying and absorption speed really was faster with liquid food, then it just means youll have an even bigger insulin spike on your next meal and make it that much more anabolic.

its better to have insulin spikes, instead of a full belly all day long. unless youre a 300 pound bodybuilder that needs to be stuffed full 24/7 to not lose weight

Thats alot of fat 4x a day
 
Ugh I tried making a turkey shake once when I was younger...
Learn how to cook it’s way easier eating food that doesn’t taste like crap... or smoke weed tp get the munchies
 
Eat flaky fish like salmon/trout/tilapia etc it is way easier to get down in my experience. Less chewing. No way could i eat 3lbs of chicken a day but fish, eggs, some spinach no problem. Add in a protein shake or two and some carbs, rinse and repeat.

Ill be honest, I threw up a little in my mouth when I read this.

No digestion issues with this (assuming you have been trying it?)

None I drink a gallon a milk a day years ago and no stomach issues, actually now that I think about it this does give me gas

Chewing is an important part of digestion. Even on a liquid diet. It produces saliva full of digestive enzymes. Chugging down a chicken shake may not be the best for digestion.

What about micronutrients? How do you get those??

in general, I really do not like the feeling of heaviness in the stomach. Therefore, I prefer to eat in small portions, but often

Shrimps, calms, small octopuses, eggs were the best for me. I use them when I need to eat a lot of protein.
