edit: i use bulk supplement eaa as well. My way to make it is to mix it all up well before i need it and keep it refrigerated.

I hate the way they taste. Try crystal light pink lemonade... if that fails choke down a scoop and sip water during your workout

Today I made it much better. I used two sticks of orange gatorade, so the bitterness seemed natural as it if were a bitter citrus fruit. I'm sure pink lemonade and things like it will do the trick...

Opened this thread cause I just went through this, I had orange flavoured EAAs and it tasted like gross bitter orange peels

I added Gatorade too it and it took 2 days to acquire the taste but now I actually like it

try adding half a bottle if real Gatorade instead of the powdered stuff?

the first time i only used one stick of Gatorade in like a 32oz solution...that surely didn't help. Two sticks covered it.

Just tried a lemon flavored one. Tiny sips were tolerable, but still a little unpleasant. Normal drinking was really rough!

My intra is 32oz, so it dilutes the crap out of the powders, and the two gatorade sticks covers the 32oz...the first time I did it, I only used one stick, so that made it worse lol.

Throw the powder in your mouth and chase it with diet cranberry juice. Then sip water during your workout.

I can’t stomach the lemon lime aminos... lol

So my coach got me using intra-workout nutrition, so instad of buying some overpriced intra supplement, I went to bulk supplements and bought what I needed by the kilo.

Today I made my intra-workout shake with 20g EAAs, 10g creatine, 10g glutamine and 20g dextrose.

I bought some Gatorade Zero powder stick to mix it all and give it some flavor, but this all tastes like absolute crap. I think it's actually the EAA's that are the culprit.

Does anyone have a way to mask this disgusting taste made by EAAs?
