Less Poop Bad?

Recently got a coach to help me with my bulking. I'm eating a shit ton of food, mostly meals are rice/ground beef, which I was eating BARELY any, as my staples for protein were lean turkey and chicken.

Last two days going to the bathroom, I've had very little stool, but no issue pushing out. This is much different than my IIFYM diet, where I was eating a wide variety of foods, and when I'd go to shit, I'd push out one giant log.

I'm assuming that because the food quality is better, I am absorbing more of the food, so there is less stool? Also, maybe the introduction to red meat in my diet has slowed my digestion or something? Or maybe I'm eating less fiber as well; previously, I would have a whole bag of smart pop as one of my final meals for the day.

The question is basically, does stool size matter or indicative of anything, if I'm not feeling bloated and I'm not straining to poop? Has anyone else experienced this when they 'clean up' their diet, but are eating more calories?

I’ve heard many time “your poop can tell you about your health.” I’d assume your “schedule” could change based on change of diet. I never have any changes. My IBS sucks no matter how I manipulate my diet.

Vegans and Carnivores will both claim their diets eliminated their issue with IBS...
 
The cleaner I eat the less I poop. It has always been that way for me.

My thought on this, based on zero science, is that the whole/clean food is more completely used and digested and there is less stuff you are eating that the body can’t process, as you do when eating processed foods. Which is where fiber comes into play. Fiber is required to move that stuff through your bowels that cannot be absorbed by your body, and processed foods create more waste products for your body to get rid of.
 
Google JM Blakley's video's/views on bulking up. He was known for going up and down in multiple weight classes within a year.

This is what I assume logically, but apparently, if you're not shitting a nice log, you're constipated.

I wouldn't worry about it. You said it has been 2 days.

Give you body some time to adjust to te new diet, then see how you feel.

Whenever I have increased my food, I have always pooped more. My last bulk I was eating around 4k Calories and I was taking a nornal sized shit every morning and night.

Fiber definitely can affect it, but in the end I doubt your fiber levels changed THAT significantly. At some point you are eating a lot of food and it will come out.

I have seen anecdotes from people that HGH slows digestion. I believe I tried to find studies about HGH and intestinal transit time and I couldn't find anything worthwhile.

I would guess you will start pooping more/normally again soon.

I was pooping normally just before I started the diet. But as you said, too soon to make decisions. However, I did poop three times today, although smaller, when usually I only go once lol.

I think you just need to consume more cells - it will immediately reflect well on your trips to the toilet. And in general, a good rule of thumb is to eat meat - you are rich in fiber)

Yes. I just had a problem with going to the toilet. when eating a lot of protein and not eating fiber. and my gastrointestinal tract immediately began to work not very well. But as I began to eat vegetables everything works like a clock. and one more thing, you need to drink a sufficient amount of clean water and not drinks, namely water

My poop tells me if I'm on Tren. Smells like a dead animal.
