I am looking for quality tutorial channels because when I watch on the internet I see a lot of video where the movements are not executed in the same way, so I do not know who is right and who is saying shit

on the last video the guy looks good to me, I think he explains well and what he says seems reasonable to me

but very few tutorials of this kind on his channels

I would go with this link. It shows the exercise if you click view more. Ita only a photo clip not a full video, but it shows and explains the form.

Click where is says view more. Then scroll the page. It has alot of different exercises. This is what i use for my certification too. To get ideas
