Muscle Strain... Why?

Hi guys, I am writing to you to get an opinion on what is happening to me lately, unfortunately I had 3 muscle strains in a period of 4 months,the first the week that I had started the cycle (600 test E weekly) after 5 months of no anabolics, post corona, first strain right adductor, while doing the last warm-up set in the squat, after about 8 weeks I had my second right pectoral tear, flat bench press (light weight, it was 100kg and I had to do 12, heard the "pop" to the fourth), and the day before yesterday after another 10 weeks the third, to the left quad, doing Hack squat machine, and this time is the worst of the three, I see a missing piece in the drop of the quad, I finished the cycle on August 21, now I am without any anabolic, I had taken 1000IU of HCG just the morning of the tear, and I will start Nolvadex and Clomid this week.
I was using Test Prop for the last 4 weeks, so I believe I had no Test in my body 14 days after the last shot.

I have no idea what could be causing them, I have been training for over 10 years (I know how to train) I drink between 4 and 6 liters of water, I use electrolytes, magnesium, potassium, and I have done the tests for electrolytes are all in the range. I do Stratching and what I think proper warm-ups.

I don't use any AI, and I have all the values in range (blood work done mid-cycle) E2 in the low part (around 20), and protein C in the middle range (if there are other values to look at, please ask), the only thing what I often out of range is cholesterol, but I don't think it plays a role in this case.

I tell you the only things that I have changed from the past, regarding anabolics:
In previous years I have always used pharmacy tests, now sadly I am no longer able to get it, and I took it UGL, but it seems like a good source many stock up here on the forum.

I am doing micro injections every day, instead of twice a week like in previous years.

I use 1mg of Avodart (dutasteride) 2 capsules a day, for the past few years I was only taking 1.25mg of finasteride.

I am terrified of training, I think I will take a break of at least 2/3 weeks, which I have not done the last few times, but I would like to be able to understand what is happening to me, do you have any ideas? Please ask me any questions, or in case tell me which figure to contact for answers, my doctor over a cold is already too much for him, I don't know who to go to, thank you very much for your help.

I think it has something to do with covid bud. After I got covid my body was really messed up and there are a few things that are still messed up.
 
Never had covid, I took the test to see the level of antibodies, in mid-July and they were not present, (so I never took it) in early August I had the first dose of the vaccine (I had already strain myself twice ), and I still have to do the second dose.

I'm in mid 20, but working out since 15, enhanced for 3 years, I will try hgh and mk677 for sure in the next cycle,I will try to go above 15 reps maybe with some supersets, even if I have never been one who trains heavy. Thanks for your suggestions
 
It sounds to me like you might have just jumped the gun after your time off and tried to crank the intensity to soon after your hiatus from covid. I did much the same and partially tore my distal bicep tendon doing weighted chins. Give your body a chance to get back into the swing of things before cranking up the intensity too much.

You are young so that’s my theory anyways. The gh and Deca might help a bit. Good luck.

Also don’t be scared to take an extra day or two off here and there while you get back into training hard

My trt clinic has them but very expensive. Where is a good source you have used for peptides?
Yeah compounded they are expensive. I have gotten compounded a lot, thats my preferred way. It's like $250 for 10mg with a discount code which they have frequently. Otherwise peptidesciences has worked well for me in the past. They just resell bulk ordered peptides feom China I think.
 
It could just be purely your muscles grew quicker than tendon strength and so the weakest link gave out. I would not touch anti dht drugs with a 10ft pole no matter what after all the side effects Ive heard and irreversible to boot.

It actually can be, in these 4 months I gained 14 kg, quite clean, a lot of muscle memory but also something new.

What side effects can they have besides decreased libido and psychological effects? (which fortunately I don't have)
