Customs “Informed Compliance Notice” for non-existent purchase. Hot pack?

I just got one of these letters today for an “incident” regarding a purchase / mail shipment “interdicted” on August 19th. They stated there are steroids in this package and I need to turn them over or ask them to pursue legal action against me with a seizure. Uh, no?

Here’s the funny thing. I didn’t buy steroids, or even a SARM, or anything that’s considered to be a controlled substance, or anything of the sort, and I sure as hell didn’t have it shipped to my house.

That’s possible. I’ve said bad stuff about naps here because of shady practices earlier this year when a friend bought shit from them. But these accounts aren’t linked.

Perhaps that was meant for your friend but hey he'd send it to you for revenge

Another thing is that perhaps scammers are using these faked notices for you to cough up private info for them to use against you.

To be fair, if it is a hotpack, while all of the info we have on this forum could point to naps as a possible suspect, that doesn't necessarily mean it is. Have you pissed off any other vendors?

naw but it was a very long time ago and if I remember correctly it was a decent sized international order. Nothing came of it. I just remember saying not being my friend anymore would be the least of that person's worries with me.

So, yep. Misread the letter and had a lawyer look it over.

They seized something which got sent to me, which I didn’t order.

In essence, yes, I got hot packed. Looking a lot like napsgear is the prime suspect.
