Has anyone ever dealt with CTS while doing a Test C blast? To make it long story short i decided to run a blast of 500mg Test C for 13 weeks and midway through my blast i’ve developed a pins and needles type of pain on my left hand which then traveled to my right..continued going to the gym, Couldn’t sleep because the pain was unbearable decided to make an appointment with my Rehab Medicine MD and he tried to put me on gabapentin in which i did not take because of all the possible side effects. Made an appointment for a EMG test and was officially confirmed that i have mild bilateral CTS on both of my wrist about 9 weeks into my blast i decided to drop back to my TRT dose and it wasn’t until i dropped back down that the severe pain of pins and needles decreased and was able to sleep with no disturbance. It’s now completely gone after i got my Cortisone shots by ortho.

I cannot say I've ever heard of this. Do you trust the source/was it pharma? Could it be your lifting technique + strength gains, e.g, benching with some wrist flexion?

Wow how tf did i miss this message? It was UGL but i was also doing a cc of my pharma test c(TRT). I was thinking it could’ve been the water retention? But i know thats most common when someone is using Gh..or it could be my lifting technique, Who knows tbh. The good thing is that is gone now, I just wanted to see if anyone experienced something similar.

It's not considered a side effect of test c itself that has been widely documented. I wouldn't think it's water retention. I would think most likely strength+technique. Glad you're good now. Next time if blasting perhaps consider a different source, pay attention to technique (use wrist wraps when lifting heavier) and I would think you should be OK. If it becomes an issue again then very interesting.

Yeah i didn’t find anything documenting test esters and CTS. I agree i don’t think it was water retention either. Thank you and yes most definitely trying a new source on my next blast, I bought some wrist wraps so now when my ortho and pt tell me i’m good to go training again i’ll be cautious and careful. Yeah lets just hope this bullshit doesn’t happen again lol
