For squat I put the band around the safety bar and attach the ends to the sides of the bar. My problem is the light bands are the only ones I can seem to stretch around the bar without changing the height of the rack which would make it too high too reach depth. Not sure if that makes sense, but I can't seem to find a better way to hook the bands.For what exercise and how do you have them set up? Typically either double over or move to a heavier band
