Lat thickness

Watched hundreds of his videos… i found Jeff being more detailed on certain things and John in others… but neither of them has spoken about reaching failure in the negative too, like Dorian Yates loves to say… i m waiting to being re able to try my new updated wo plan,

Jordan Peters has put out a lot of good info too. His site is pretty cheap.

Will check it, what about Blood & Guts? Do you think its enough to see Useful and applicable stuff? I read a book from Jordan Peters, but it seemed to me too little stuff to do, and it didnt speak about reaching extreme intensity doing cluster set , rest pause , whatever and most of all reaching the failure in the concentric but even eccentric.. something I heard just from Dorian Yates… i ll try reducing a lot volume and upping intensity to its best… in the base day… and training to Max Pump in the pump day.. like i already did.. shorter rests, different style of movements and so on… push pull legs arms and pushpump.. will sacrifice pump pull day for 2 consecutive rest days

I love blood and guts it was one of the ways I trained for a long time. I’m using Jordan’s training book on a 2 way split and will be for the foreseeable future.
its an upper, lower split. 3 days a week. Most exercises are 2 sets to failure set 1) 5-9reps, set 2) 10-12 reps.
something like delt raises or tricep isolation exercises are 2x15-20
Biceps are 6-9,10-12,15-20.
3 second negative on all exercises. All exercises to failure. If you stall on an exercise 2 weeks in a row you change it. The goal is to beat them into the ground and get as strong as possible in every movement.

Yeah I know the one you mean. As far as I know the cam system is the same, but I’ve never been to a gym that has one to try it out.
Yeah, the old blue one.
I just got back to a gym I used to go to years ago, it has the old blue one. Damn, used it two days ago, my back is in sweet sore pain

I can lift well with a DB but that nautilus, dang

The guy who claims 5g test per week wasn't worth the sides it gave him? Pass.
Okay buddy. He’s honest about everything and he’s extremely intelligent. Everybody he works with gets in great condition and packs on size. Sorry he just didn’t lie like most other people and claim he got to a lean 300lbs at 5’6” on 500mg of test and a shot of deca. I’m sure JP could give two shits that some no name, nobody on a forum who probably looks like shit will pass.

Believe what you will.

5 grams of test and no pro card and he gave up. You are only a loser when you fall and you don't get up...
Right. Well he’s made millions off of his passion and was smart enough to know he didn’t have it structurally to become a good pro. He also decided he didn’t want to compromise his health anylonger. Where are you at financially with your passion before you call someone a loser. Oh, yeah let’s see the physique. He’s making literally millions. He’s worth more than most pros at the highest level. He’s not a loser you’re just a hateful moron. Yeah it’s awesome to die for a plastic trophy. God, you get dumber and dumber with each post. How’s your health btw

JP is badass, his physique is insane and he’s super knowledgeable. Just look at all his athletes they’re all massive and lean pretty much year round.

Look at the weight Nick Walker uses. Nick Walker is a failure training progressive overload guy. and Phil Heath is genetic freak but he’s not lifting light he also hasn’t gotten bigger year to year.
weights don’t matter? Okay. So why not just stick with little pink dumbbells? Let’s see the progress of your back over time using the same weights at the same reps. Hassan’s back shape and structure is genetic.
I said as long as everything done correctly weight absolutely matters
In a recent interview Walker stated he is rowing 275 and getting more out of it than 405.or 495 for what its worth.

He’s using better form so he essentially changed the exercise. Eventually he will have to up the weight using correct form and control. Otherwise we could all get huge using soup cans.
