I hane not and oddly it happens alot more with IM injections then iv.. usually the iv infection is caused when the.persons misses the vein or goes through the vein..injecting subq or im.. idk why it happens more with im/subq the iv.. I assume because the bacteria is held in.nuscle or skin and the body rejects it and creates puss..where.as bacteria when iv is passed throigh.all the organs and such and maybe gets fought off better?? I may research this.. just because..I would like to know..considering the highly unsterile conditions of an iv drug abuser you would think there would be alot more infections then there are.m

Water in an oily solution will significantly reduce the shelf life of the carrier oil and will lead to mould growth.
Also, the "sterile" water is only sterile as long as it has not been contaminated with the ambient air and if I interpret the OP's statements correctly, he simply loosened the crimp, opened the bottle and filled it. Placing the vials in the oven to allow the moisture to evaporate does not create sterile vials. What about the stoppers? Mask, gloves, sterile room?

When you start brewing, please spend a few euros/dollars on equipment and use your common sense. If something goes wrong, it is better to discard the product and start again than to have pieces of meat cut out of your gluteus in the emergency room.

Just because someone tells you they smoked an asbestos cigarette and didn't develop lung cancer doesn't make it a good idea to do the same.

That too. The sterile water vials from B.Braun are already sterile. Bake at 120 1 hour and water is gone gone from stoppers and vial. Leaving you with sterile glassware and rubber. And who the fuck uses a mask and gloves when brewing? It's completely unnecessary. Have you ever seen an actual UGL?

All that said. Please explain to me how bacteria can grow with BA in it. And why bacteria don't grow in a reconstituted peptide.

The BA is dissolved in the oily solution, the water is not. Therefore, the water does not benefit from the properties that the BA brings with it.

The finished solutions for peptides or HGH are filled in a protective atmosphere with negative pressure and therefore have a longer shelf life. After they are opened, it takes only a few days/weeks for bacteria to start growing.

Long story short.
Norway, empty vial imports are illegal and very often you get cops on your door.
I buy 20 ml sterile water vial from pharma.
Empty it. Uncrimp and bake in oven until water is poof.
Pour ampule contents into 20 ml vial and recrimp by hand. Crimp is surprisingly tight but one vial ended up cloudy from moisture. Do over? I searched the forum real quick and don't see what dangers it poses when cloudiness comes from an invisible speck of sterilised water
