Well with above I think I am running myself down too much. Grumpy feel like shit, starting to get a head cold..... thinking done for the weekend. Have some pizza and wings tonight as a refeed and rest the weekend
 
Ok issue figured out, carbs too low. Ran out of Potatoes and Rice so had a piece of protein bread instead with my meals and no where near enough. Had some carbs today and feel 100% better... back at the grind tomorrow

Funny how that works...Between work and decently low carbs, my sessions have been pretty trash overall for the last 2-3 weeks. I know exactly how you’re feeling bro.

Hell ya, had a Cliff Bar and almost instantly better. Helped a buddy haul prawn traps, a burger and fries and feel great needed it... 3 weeks left to cut and then we prep
 
Picked up 2 more 45s, steel this time but atleast right diameter.... gives me 835lbs of plates yay....

Edit also deadlifts correct height and easy to load the other 45s lol
 
Can you go with var or winny instead of drol so you won't have so much water weight? If you're 207lbs and drol instantly puts 10lbs on water on you there won't be much room. Or just don't worry about your weight class. I've done 242lbs before rather than cut.

I have left over drol so was going to use it up... I can look at ordering some Var.... I am starting to think about 242 class but....Turnout Gear won't fit me, clothes won't fit me, shit my singlet be extra tight lol...

Weird pin today, pinned left delt muscle twitches which is normal but when depressing plunger the oil was coming out stupid slow.... pulled it out, moved half an inch and it flowed as normal

Where exactly are you pinning on the Delt? I’ve had more success with certain spots
