2020 Olympia...

Ive always been a fan of the open class competitors. My current favorite is Roelly but Hadi is pretty interesting as well.

With that said whos your top 5? I cant be the only one here who's interested in this years olympia can I?

My prediction:

1. Phil
2. Flex/Hadi (cant call it between these 2)
3. Hadi/Flex
4. Brandon
5. Benac
6. Dexter
7. Ramy
8. Roelly
9. Cedric
10. Gaspari

This year is going to be crazy. So many good competitors. Im interested to see how flex comes in compared to everyone else. Phil can always come in on point as far as conditioning, but he lost because of his gut, lets be honest, so if that isn't taken care of, I think he won't win it again. Roelly is always massive, but sooo hit or miss with conditioning that its hard to place him. I always have high hopes for ramy and I'd love to see him take it, but if I'm being honest with myself, this year probably isn't the one.
Personally I'm not a dexter or bonacs biggest fan... they both come in shredded and looking good consistently, but are otherwise fairly unremarkable in my opinion, at least compared to others in the lineup. I know bonac is super aesthetic tho, and well proportioned. Hadi was great and I think deserved 2nd last year, but this year with this deep a lineup, it's gonna be tough. So... after that intro... my prediction is...

1. Brandon.
2. Phil
3. Flex
4. Ramy
5. Hadi
6. Bonac
7. Roelly
8. Dexter

I'm predicting Brandon will keep it and ruin Phil's day. I think the odds may be against me on that one... but the judges are always smoking something anyway, so anything is possible.

Bonac will perform well.
Especially as the sport steers away from bubble gut and more into aesthetics.
He always comes with awesome conditioning.
He will be top 5 for sure.
If hes added some mass and not lost the aesthetics, could be top 3.

Phil will be top 3 for sure.

Probably
Curry (Check his updates, he looks fucking CRAZY
Heath
Bonac (If he manages to add a little more side.

4 and 5....
It's a toss up
Hadi
Dexter
Roelly (If he can sort out conditioning)
Ramy (aif he even comes.. and if he doesnt say fuck conditioning like he always does at the last minute.)

Here is my Olympia top ten prediction:

1. BRANDON CURRY. (Has the edge)
2. Flex Lewis. (Will be almost unbeatable)
3. Hadi choopan. (Will overpower with conditioning)
4. Phil Heath. (Will be less muscled/distended)
5. William bonac.
6. Big Ramy.
7. Roelly Winkler.
8. Dexter Jackson. (Final year)
9. Hunter labrada.
10. Nick walker.

@bigpoppachump2 just to let you know there is no Gaspari in this lineup. I believe you have him and labrada confused. That's alright it's a mistake I made at the very beginning of his emergence. Idk why I just have lol I think it's because both of them have a nutrition line that's very popular.

Wow, Phil in 4th. Id laugh so hard if he got 4th. I honestly don't think that'd happen, I think politics will get in the way. I'm definitely not his biggest fan tho. I'd love to see Phil get beaten down a few spots. He's pretty fuckin whiny.

To be fair tho, I think he's pretty awesome towards his fans.

You think Mr. Olympia will drop to four place?

And what is with number 10?

Why didnt Shawn Rhoden rank? Or did not even partecipate?
As far as I know, he has a court case pending against him, and until that's resolved, they're not letting him compete. I think it's a rape accusation. Im sure you could Google it. I'd like to see him in the lineup still tho

I have Phil in 4th because I think Brandon will be way more compete and on this year. Flex Lewis I think will be a upgraded bigger version of his 2018 Olympia form, and near perfect. I think it will be very tight between him and curry. Much more close than any other two people in this lineup. I have Hadi choopan over Phil Heath, Because Hadi doesn't struggle at all with conditioning and I know has been all in this off season to be competitive this year. I think Phil will have somewhat less muscle and pop to physique. I think the Stomach distention will be very similar to recent years and be more pronounced If anything because I don't believe he's at his peak as far as all around musculaturity is concerned. Phil is 40 now, and after a year off so much focused on business I don't see him being able to have held the same muscle mass.

I said it, I think he mixed up labrada and Gaspari.
Both are guys from the 80's with classic physiques and now running massive nutrition companies. So he mixed up who's son it was, that's it.

I meant to say Labrada for number 10 lol.

Yeah I just dont think Curry will stand as tall against this years lineup like he did last year. Hes put on some size though since last year over in the middle east but I think it may hurt him on his conditioning since hes been somewhat hit or miss over the years.

So here's where I disagree, curry has been phenomenal consistently since he began training with his trainer in Kuwait. He's gotten better rapidly. Just because he didn't improve as much between the shows in a 6 month period (2019 Arnold and 2019 Olympia) doesn't mean he won't between the
2019 and 2020 Olympia. Brandon is going to come in shredded and even bigger and more complete than 2019. The guy has been going full throttle since the last O over a year ago. He's In Kuwait, away from his family. There's no way the dude loses his focus. He's already in better condition several weeks out then some will be come show time. He's also miles in front of Phil Heath. I would bet my house on Brandon come December.

*Also I just want to say if Phil comes outside the top 6 all together I wouldn't be surprised. I think he's going to be significantly less impressive in 2020. But I'd be surprised if he's outside the top 10.*
